Before I started watching baba jee, (brother) I couldn't make chicken, I couldn't make mirgh choulay & I couldn't make a good daal. I only made a decent daal with shaan packet masala. Now? I am a good chef. I love Murgh Choulay. I made excellent today. Only thing missing was hari mirch. So I did without. It all tastes amazing. I never gave up all those years. I tried lots of different recipes but mist of them failed. Now I'm a chef thanks brothers. Alhumdulillah. I'm very happy. Hubby's happy.
