- Ruth, an elderly lady with dementia, becomes lost within her own home. As she tries to find answers, she ends up losing herself further, confusing reality with memories of her past self.
Shot in a single 12-minute take, the film tries to put the audience in Ruth’s shoes, making them feel first-hand the daily confusion brought on by someone suffering from dementia.

I would very strongly urge everyone to watch this extraordinary film. It is only 12 minutes long but it is choreographed around and filmed as a single, 12 minute, shot. The direction, acting and cinematography are amazing. It isn't an easy watch, with the subject being dementia.

A beautiful and poignant film and a wonderful performance by Ania Marson. The director's use of a single shot to tell this story adds to the confusion of the main character as she slips from one reality to another without any warning.

Wow, beautifully done - writing, acting is superb, directing is griping. Could have used a warning of 'emotional content' as I kept wanting it to be over as watching her pain was quite difficult. Well done to all involved.

Heya, I'm the DoP of Ruth. I think it was a 35 but its on a full frame sensor so it has wider field of view compared to super 35 sensor size.
