Love the colour mate ,I have a small collection of R/C models including two Routemaster buses a GTO and one of my fav a VW camper in lime green,I’ve always wanted to build a HS trident with jet cats but not in BEA or BA but northeast regional airline I remember seeing them at Heathrow yellow too white stripe and grey lower fuselage, Take care mate Mark 🎅🏼👍🏻

I love the green metallic and the fact you can bolt things on and off to fix it or customise it. A while back I bought a 6 channel remote control and all the servos with the hope of making the head and eye stork ECT move on my Dalek when I'm not operating him from the inside. So should be fun when someone comes over and it starts moving when I leave the room.😮😱😬 Have fun catch you next time .👍🏻
Great trucks , I've got this one in the same colour ..or was. I made a rear bed for it out of styrene and have it painted in an army patina , like it so much I've ordered another to modify extending the wheel base because I've made a uni-mog cab for it ,leaving me a spare new dodge body to make a lower totally custom competition crawler at a later date . So far I've had no need to upgrade any of the electrical components or anything else, best trucks for the money in my opinion 👌

Looks really good Martin!👍 I've had little forays into RC stuff in the past. I had an RC helicopter, an RC boat and a few cars. I recently got an RC double decker bus, but not tried it out yet. But I always find I can't really get into the RC thing very much. All the faffing around with charging batteries, and the technical side of it I don't find it interesting really. I much prefer my diecast models. But some amazing videos on TH-cam of RC stuff, especially the huge jet airliners they build and fly, a lot of them are the size of a small plane!😄
Yes I know what you mean Rob, it can get very confusing 😕, but this type seems simple enough, it's more about the drivers thinking how to get over or around obstacles not speed ,so it will make a pleasant change . Well that's what I hope anyway.
You will have my youngest grandson he has a few but he also races came 4th in his regional events, he had a big Land Rover which use to wind the wife up killing all her plants. So Mr Dares don't do that or you would be in the doghouse like I was, so if you used petrol engine you would have had the old finger poke. The smell from them running in. My mate used to make and fly them he started to do a helicopter but don't think he did much with that. Enjoy your new hobby all the best Rob.

That was brilliant Martin, really enjoyed that. Like you I have done my fair share of RC aircraft back in the 80’s and a couple of RC cars too. I can remember vividly going up the airfield to fly my first plane (a high wing trainer) for the first time, I was so nervous I smoked about 5 fags before attempting it!! It all went fine though and someone took over to land it, it just pleased me that it actually flew! 😂😂😂. Cheers for now mate and enjoy, it looks a cracking model! …………..Graham
Hi Graham, funny, it was very similar to my first experience I took it off but during the flight I had an uncontrollable leg shake all the way round the circuit my instructor landed it and everyone was taking the mick because of my leg shaking 😀, great fun though. All the best Martin 👍
