I got to meet Broc briefly at my local park a while back while he was rehabbing his knee (I think). Quite possibly the nicest guy in BMX along with Chris Doyle. Absolutely rips too obviously. Love watching what Broc is doing in BMX right now!

What's the biggest difference between this darkwave Frame and the Soundwave V3 frame?

I've had raw forks for about a year now and haven't had any rusting issues and I live in a humid climate. If the clear coat is done well it's just like a painted frame, it only rusts if you scratch the coating off. Cheers :)
@@sole__doubt Just never liked the look of Raw and when you chip some clear coat of the drop out from grinding the damp will get under the clearcoat and start rusting the frame out then the frame gos brown with rust then it gets brital and can snap easy trust me ive bin riding sins i was 7 i'm 41 now
@@pauljames1978 We're close in age I'll be 43 in Janurary and its always good to hear from lifelong bike riders. All I'm saying is that I've had no problems with raw finish and I live in New Orleans where humidity is always high. When the clear coating is done properly its just like a painted metal, if it gets scratched it rusts. Cheers :)

@@pauljames1978 Gotcha if you don't like it, I totally understand that. I thought it would rust too as I live in a highly humid area, but I've seen no difference in painted or raw bike parts. They all rust when scratched.

Someone pls enlighten this old man; a decade ago I used to get bashed for running loose chain. Is it ok these days to run em like that, or ppl simply don't care already?
I guess it's just person preference as long as it's not too loose that it could jump off and if you don't mine the clanking, I think some people might prefer the slightly less instant engagement.
@@davetbassbos ahhh noted son.. but the sound of chain clanking against your frame kinda ruins the feel doesn't it
Street guys run loose chain and low psi
You have to run the chain kind of loose with a freecoaster or else it puts too much pressure on the bearings

They don't make drive side rear hub guards. Grab one of the cinema universal ones.

Older Odyssey riders show them using the gsport uniguard, so run that if you can

Why is it every time I see a bike check they don’t put on the valve stem cap
they get in the way. If you ever need to lower your psi real quick no one wants to mess with a cap. shove your fingernail down and call it a day
Matt Gullo I keep it on to be cleaner, and I personally never need to lower my psi, I just fill to what I ride and then take off the cap when I need to fill it again, I don’t change it on the spot, but that’s just me
ppl just do it cause its simpler, cleaner and something less to worry ab because if u have caps, u gotta worry ab losing them when pumping ur tyres, possibly creating for hassle
max It’s not easy to lose caps they are pretty easy to keep track of, and it makes the bike look clean and not erode the stem, so unless somebody doesn’t care about looks and changes their psi a lot through out the day
@@firedemon2166 nah some people care about looks and thats the reason why they take them off. cause they think it looks easier, and i wasnt rly saying that theyre easy to lose, but just create general hassle when using tyres

We had a 1st gen Echo in our master bathroom for listening to music in the morning th-cam.com/users/postUgkxABghAEkaIDGZfHRBH3D3rBrlraNmnC71 and while in the shower. I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.
