My name is fateme. I'm 23 and I'm from Iran. I'm a graduate of psychology so I know how to make a good and effective connection or relationship with people. Also, I was a part of some organizations in the University like student government which makes me a people person I love working with different people into achieving one common goal. I have 6 years of experience in teaching English that's how I've learned to handle different complains from different people. Finally I would like to say that I'm an achiever. I formally believe that everything worth doing, is worth doing well.

Although I have one problem,
I have done my graduation in Interior Designing and this is completely different than a customer service based education.. Then how shall I respond if they ask me why I did that and landed up choosing cabin crew ? Because I have been asked this question for my current and previous job ?? How shall I connect them both ?
Well when you design interior you do that for clients right? So they are your customers and you love to continue to serve customers. So you can always say that both jobs have one thing that is absolutely representing your passion for customer service and interracting with customers. You love to take your customers requests and meet their expectation the best manner you can and you always look for ways to go beyond what they expect. You are someone that throught your education you have developed strong detail orientation so you believe that working as cabin crew will be great platform to streighten and develop your skill.

Was I on the job interview or am I explaining how you should answer? I guess my role is clear. I am in a, sort to say, coaching role and not in the role of an actual candidate. Regarding body language, I do have a video explaining the same.

Hello Julia Maam, first of all thank you for your efforts for teaching the aspiring cabin crews during this pandemic.
I have a question though. What importance does a reference hold in a resume? Is it necessary coz i am 22 years old with no type of work experience at all. Will it be a nuisance?

Now, a good reference will certainly increase your chances of getting hired for a particular job. Hence, it is important to include some reliable names who will reflect a positive image about you when contacted by your prospective employers. However, since you don't have a work experience, I suggest you to perhaps while Airlines don't recruite at the moment, you've got plenty of time to ensure that you gain a reference. It would definitely increase your chances and you will also learn and gain experience, right?
Nevertheless, this is a great question for a video topic and will answer it in a separate video. So much to tell ❤️

I am currently in my final year of graduation and I have my online exams next month. I have no previous work experience. So should tell the interviewer that I'm in my final year or should I just mention about passing High School? Because I doubt they will question me about how I'll manage my exams if I get selected.
