    I do these exercises every morning. They are the perfect pace for me. They give me energy through out my day. Easy to do. I highly recommend them.

      Except he's not doing them w eyes closed and fixed upward toward the spiritual eye. Seems more like simply physical exercises and less like pranayama (direction of life force into the movements)

    Thank you for revealing this! i will incorporate in my practice. i am initiated by the Supreme Master Ching Hai into the Quan Yin method. She has advised all her disciples to read autobiography and has a great regard for the self realization sat guru's. it was reading Yogananda that led to me my master actually. We do the repetition of the panch Naam , 5 Sanskrit holy names of the various levels at the third eye and contemplate the heavenly light and then listen to the inner sounds . Quan yin method is the same as the Aum technique or Surat shabd yoga . i use an aum board from your shop as well. she also taught a way to do a special deep breath , but breathing is not emphasized in our practice . by reciting the 5 names it has a similar effect of cleaning out various chakras and protecting us from the negative power in order to ascend higher . i will add this and sure it will help as well. thanks

    He is too fast for me.To make the exercises go slower, click on the settings gear in the video window, and choose playback speed 0.75. Perfect!

    Please delete this from you tube, you should not be sharing it to general people who don't know the basics of kriya yoga and start doing recharging, you are doing many wrong posture, very fast, it may lead to confusion and people will not get benefit of kriya yoga

    Totally incorrect information given on recharging its imperfect, where is the concept of cosmic energy which is enter in medulla and spread over body during recharging tension and relaxation and many more things not told in this video the perfect recharging concept is given by guruji Yogi satyam on TH-cam by doing imperfect recharging we not able to feel bliss and power.
