Всегда было интересно, а как в других странах технику ремонтируют - оказывается также как у нас. Только у них морозов нет, а также парень , который с перстнями в шестерёнки полез удивил . Слава труду, товарищи !
В пыли, грязи как мы любим, мощь кувалды, и труба вместо динамометрического ключа
С перстнями это наверное главный.
двухметровая труба и газовый ключ,есть что-то с нами общее😀
отвёрткой в новый сальник - нормально. чтоб клиент поскорее вернулся
Ничего нового не увидел. Был на севере, в тракторном цехе, .... ОГНЕННЫЙ ключ+ труба.... И это на золоте, где каждый месяц +- 2,5т. Золота добычи. Простой люд старается, как для себя,....а начальство ЖИРУЕТ. УВАЖАЮ РАБОЧИХ.

I love the torque method on the main big nut. Did you torque it yes sir 13 jumps on the Chester pipe. But you do what you can with what you have.
I’ve seen some rough bush mechanic work in my day...but this is by far the roughest I’ve seen...it will be a miracle if that seal doesn’t leak...those metal on metal seals are machined so fine that you aren’t even supposed to put your fingerprints on them because you can screw up the face on them and when they match together they can leak and that guy was putting his dirty greasy gritty hands all over them and then scratched them with his screwdriver for good measure!!..and smashing those bearings with a steel hammer was a nice touch too...those final drives need special tools and skills to put together and take apart...wow!!😳

BS. I've been a heavy equipment diesel fitter for over 40yrs & heard all the crap about not touching the faces of duo cone seals & it all BS. Never had one leak in 40+ years from touching them.

Все которые говорят как в России, наверное работали в конторах рога и копыта , в нормальной фирме где хорошие машинисты и механики как минимум бы помыли узел от песка перед разбором и не тыкали отвёрткой в новый сальник, а ещё оправку для подшипника изготовить

Do the Cat Dozer Final Drives run in Oil because there was no grease used on any of the Bearings?
Yes, it uses the diferential oil, in some cases and machines can use another oil separated from the differential
It uses the 90 wt from the final drive

What’s absolutely crazy about this is they do this whole job with a screwdriver, couple box wrenches, a plumbers wrench (monkey wrench) and a pipe. Zero power tools. Also those shims getting all bent and tossed out of place will 100% destroy this final drive.
Not to mention them destroying that bellow sel with that screwdriver!

Build some tools please.

They really screwed up that nut with that hammer. But then again they dont have decent materials.
The working conditions of I don’t know which country, India, Pakistan, another of the ‘Stan’ counties, or wherever these are filmed is appalling.
No safety shoes, no work clothes, ... in a word, no security at all.
Hard work yes....but a totally disastrous job.
They should hire them to repair blown up Russian tanks in Ukraine. Amazing what they can do with practically no factory tools out in the field. I'm concerned they didn't use any grease on those roller bearings.

Yeah these guys make a lot of TH-cams videos of them working but they never show the equipment running at least two weeks after the repair is done, wonder why that is.
