More lovely foods apart from the pachownee, not for me. I remember when I first saw my paternal grandmother cleaning a whole goat's digestive system. She spent hours cleaning and turning all those tubes inside out. When I asked why she was doing all that ,she simply said...to cook! To make make matters worse she added the liver and lights and cooked everything together. I really love liver but not after that. Hope your mum has promising news tomorrow. All the best.
