When I came to realise I had to do with a narcissist and lived with a lie for many years (because the person was not what it seemed and that I’d been loving an illusion) it felt like falling apart.
For some weeks I was very much out of balance. But focussing on myself and my inner values, I got the strength to go on with the things that make me bloom.
Ask yourself this.
If someone pretends to be an apple tree; does he or she gives apples? If not: GO. Break contact and go on with your precious life.

I’d been projecting expectations and hope on this person or better to say the image of that person.
That gave me tools to start fixing myself instead of stay put beyond sad and victim(ised).

Between the trauma, fear, pain, and anxiety there were just enough moments of “ normal” to keep me confused. If I wanted out, I believed him that I would be betraying the good ( and potentially hurting him) - yet, each time , shortly after I decided to stay, the awful showed up again. It was a hamster wheel that I couldn’t jump off of. 34 years of it. How brainwashed I was! I finally figured out that I couldn’t have the good without the bad. And the bad was too bad.

But sometimes they put you on “their LIST “ 😕 , ie: you’re not getting away from me , watch me ! Have so sadly found this to be prevalent in Churches. They use the clueless loyal flying monkeys to keep tabs . Even after leaving the places , it makes them angry when you figure them out , they don’t forget, didn’t talk to people there about it , no one there would’ve listened , a least knew that much, it’s what they wanted. Honestly feeling harassed, and if I block who is doing it that will play right into their hands, that I’m the baddie and the flying monkey responsible is a prominent person there, and has obviously fallen prey and come under the spell of this toxic individual . . .Thankful to be away , hoping it’ll stop , it’s been over a year ! UNBELIEVABLE !

I have been surrounded by narcissists my entire life, and new ones keep coming. I think I broke, too much at once to contend with. I began with one video a couple of months ago and have continued daily. Today is the first day of a breakthrough where I can see possibility to move on from it, along with change. Your points that get repeated in videos are imprinting and making sense. I needed some light, thank you.

it’s not my job to forgive them, it’s my job to survive them and get away. forgiveness is only for myself, for having been caught in such a dreadful situation in the past.
never go back, never. you might not survive the second or third time. literally and figuratively. your peace, mental/physical health are all priceless.

If we just went around forgiving everyone while forgetting or ignoring what they did to us, how in the world would we attain the wisdom we know now NOT to repeat the same mistake again? These people, the narcissists, cannot be redeemed- least the ones I’ve met and probably so many more. I surround myself with positive energy forces; not bad ones.

I hung on for 23 years, believing I was the problem because I was ‘over emotional’ and ‘too sensitive’ I let him manipulate and gaslight me and all the other things these cold, heartless people do. Once you’re out of the fog and wake up, there is no more going back….Ever!

Actions do speak louder than words, exactly. My ex-wife narc said that my actions didn't match my words, which was complete projection. Once or twice, yes, but I'm largely consistent and disciplined. Narcs really need to study themselves in a mirror. Respect yourself and build your inner core. Fortify it!
Projection is large part of manipulation game.. So glad you got out.. I am out and healing slowly..no contact is the best.
I am having such a difficult time breaking the trauma bond, but I need to be strong and stay away from my abuser. I'm taking the first steps towards legal action against him, and it's making me feel a sense of some peace. This is so difficult and painful, realizing how evil these people are indeed.
Julia, it's the only way to break the trauma bond...you have to break ties..go no contact..every time you see them whether you communicate or not it will keep that trauma bond chugging along..try to embrace your freedom - and yourself bring your energy levels up...good healing..🙏☮️

The hardest thing for me was realizing that the narcs i had in my life were not who i thought they were. They were lying to me and devaluing me. That hurt the most. I choose to focus on myself now and I willingly walk this path solo, both figuratively and literally. I mentioned that in my own video I filmed today regarding the narcissist’s hoover attempt. I stress the importance of going NC , I recommend anyone reading this check it out as well.

NC is the way to go. Been NC 6 months now and am the happiest I've been in 14 years. Once you figure out they came into your life and targeted you. It will help you heal a lot faster. You NEVER needed them it was the other way round

I want that. Peace. I can’t imagine not bracing for what’s to come for the day since you never knew what one five minutes would be from the next. A simple innocent word can set off an avalanche of drama. So crazy stressful when you live that for decades. This TH-cam channel is a godsend. It’s so true that people can’t understand what it’s like to live with someone so cruel unless they go through it themselves but, man, I wouldn’t wish that way of living on anyone.

Just Noticed something with myself .. after Healing and also during Discard, it's like my heart split and I Never Wanted Much in this life ..just live simple and fulfilling life . Back then was very materialistic and also no ticked These Narcs have No sense of Future ...they most barely have Savings for rainy day to protect children and or family.. they over indulge in buying trash ...items .or cars etc ...just for show off .then only get to appreciate the item for afew days months and they start looking for the next item to buy....it's crazy making life I was involved in . Glad I am out

Thank you for all your videos. I got my second discard because I was weak, so I returned. I could tell he wanted to pick a fight because, once again, it came out of nowhere. He told me last night that he never cared and that he "tolerated" me. I said I deserved more than being "tolerated." Of course, it was all my fault, and everything was turned against me. I said, "I'm done." He read my face and started backtracking with love bombing. Then, he had the nerve to tell me to contact him again when I get my life together, to which I responded, "I will never contact you again, but thanks." He did nothing but lie and triangulate me all the time, telling me how he was God's gift to women and that I should be so lucky he picked me. The thing is, he doesn't deserve someone like me.

Yes Andrew indeed I was hanging on to his future fakings even though he wasn’t prepared to talk about the details of the “future” he was promising or to answer any questions I posed, always promising to “explain further later” and days and weeks and months went by, but no explanation as promised! The abuse is unforgettable but I am happy I’m healing, nothing can stop me from getting healed completely! I don’t even miss him anymore 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

You're so right about the shift, it's uncanny how it heightened after 2020 when everyone was taught it was you against them. I hope their days are limited, but I get the sneaky feeling we won't see the end soon. These people were always here but society kept them in check, now there is no conscious or shame. Everyone is a criminal.
Andrew you have helped me so much in getting through my perilous times. I was raised by a narcissist mother so it wasn’t hard for me to marry a narcissist husband. I was married for 29 years and have been separated for 6 weeks. I went to my son’s house which is out of state and it felt so good to enjoy visiting without having to report in. I am looking forward to the rest of my new life. I am finally getting to know what I want and like.

They do try to keep you hanging on - but if it makes you feel any better, they keep EVERYONE hanging on. Their life is like a dangerous ride at the fairgrounds: a bunch of people clinging on, a few that fall off and get hurt, one or two that might even die if the ride malfunctions and the ones that finally grow up and realize there are many things they would rather be spending their time and money on than a crazy ride that just keeps going around in circles - and that it is time to leave the circus 😇

Andrew you do tell the truth. Am glad to find your site and am looking at your earlier videos. Yes, the Narc Husband kept me holding on for 54 yrs of marriage and he never expected me to break free nor did I but he came down with ALZHEIMERS, I took care of him at home for 5 yrs. thereafter. He with Alzheimers & being a Narc he became much more harder to deal with after we both had COVID & Pneumonia, he was hospitalized for a month, I was home trying to survive. I ended up with long COVID had him transferred to Assisted Living Facility so he would have care. He treats the Staff so “nicely”, takes his meds & goes to Dining Room to eat. He thought he was going to come home. No way he’s fine where he is. It’s been 2 1/2 yrs he is still there. It’s wonderful to have peace & quiet at home with my dogs. It is a blessing for him and me. I am watching your videos, learning and healing. Thank you.

I have often wondered why we are so few empaths. The vibration is on an atomic level and the higher vibration the closer the light. Earth is going through an energy shift. People and earth will go to a higher dimension.

It is the false bread crumbs of hope and future faking, that the narc keeps you hooked into hanging on. The memory of an illusionary time during the romantic phase, long ago, that keeps you falsely hanging on while you are drugged through the mire of narcissistic abuse.

It is your life so you always do what you think is right for you. Even if you are with a narcissist I know you have reasons to stay (I had mine)... But I am really glad I am out and took my life in my hands - finally (but that is not easy either. Leaving with a narcissist is like living with a vampire - he sucks all energy out of you (just exhausting). Peace for everyone!
This Did a Number on me. His level of Future Faking, giving False Hopes and promises, his Ability to Lie in broad Day light and convince , the Goals Shifting Every single time .....in the last days...I used to see him do that on the pooor kids and it would kill me . The level of hopelessness he would put my children in.. they would wait and wait and untill they cry their eyes out to sleep . Text eis also the way they buy their love on the kids to try twist the children mind as they brainwash and show them how the other parent is incompetent. I swear these creatures are devouring souls and flesh vultures .

It's not easy to trust again after dealing with narcissistic abuse, but I feel the energy of the planet is shifting in the right direction. Yes!!! This this and this! This hit home and hit hard! I’m in the process of-I discarded the narcissist and I can’t even imagine how that happened. I almost lost my mind and wanted to end my life. I’ve come out of the fog and need much more therapy. I’m incredibly saddened, hopeless but have much to live for and will survive and ultimately thrive!

Narcissists are all over the place. Boundaries are very important for us to set with others when we are on the healing path. We need to learn how to set boundaries for our own sake to give ourselves space to be our authentic selves in the world and to set guidelines to show others how to treat us with respect. Our boundaries tell others what behaviors we will and won't accept. Getting practice with boundary setting has helped me to start to see the necessity of setting and maintaining boundaries. Narcissists don't want to have anything to do with people who are good boundary setters, I found out. I'm glad to be getting practice these days with improving my boundary setting skills. She kept me 24 years and now I know the MONSTER she was to me with her insidious, nasty vicious games. I am going on 3 months on my own now, healing, and wonderful things coming my way every day/week, I am very abundant now again. It was all the negativity/karma around her due to all the evil she's done that was holding back ALL these wonderful things now in my new beginning, free & happy life. I even married 1 - a covert one ... that's why I'm here.... I'm 11 years on my own and it opened my eyes. I had no idea ... listening to you and others just are proofing what I thought but not knowing ... but now I know that my intuition was right
There is a purpose for your pain. You can grow through it & learn what you need to for change & betterment of yourself, or you can
stay stuck & repeat cycles that you know need to change.

Yes they do, they act like nothing happen, they act like they aré clueless to the situation, they have a fake smile, fake charm, fake happieness, fake friendship, they aré wolves in sheeps clothing, still to this day i can Sense them when they aré close, i belive that being involve in too many relationships with these monsters ive developed a spidie sense that makes me shiver when in close to someone with these narcisist trades
I left after all of the cheating and lies. I asked to work on the relationship and was ignored. I was still very much in love with him when I left and had weak moments. I no longer remember what he looks or sounds like and I finally feel whole again after 10 months of working on myself. Leave now because you will regret leaving later.

I’ve been so rollercoastered and used and abused. Now it’s time for all that love that I was giving to him, and not getting it back. I’m not hanging on to any of the hopes and dreams he was feeding me. A video you made a while back that truly resonated with me is the one where I need to isolate myself to heal. There is some demonic energy that they possess even when you know that you're in a toxic bad relationship in the behavior is bizarre and you know you need to leave that energy that they possess keeps you hanging.
It is definitely demonic.
