Off the top of my head. I am only using what limited Kanji I know combined with color and possible ranks to determine the skills.
You can figure most out with some detective work. What skill has a pink icon and 7 possible ranks, crit eye so 6 crit eye. What about red with 7 ranks, atk boost. The rest you can deduce by the weapon. They are using narga so it's a crit boost build. So 3 crit boost 3 master touch and 2 wexploit since one of the pinks only has 2 ranks and the 6 crit eye would mean they can take less wexploit as going over 100 affinity does nothing. They charged 3 phials off of yellow so no load shells. Limited number of red armor icons in the game and only 1 set is known for its crit eye, Teo. Vaik is a common light blue chest due to 3 slots. Anja waist and Ingot grieves give you 4 atk boost which is exactly what the set has.

バゼルはカウンターフルチャージしづらいから自然とホッパーになるよね
ナルガ武器なのに斧強化じゃなくてもありなんですね
超出メインと斧強化メインの中間がホッパーってイメージですね
火力をアックスホッパーの斬撃部分にウエイトを置いてるので、ナルガ武器を選びました！
