Purdy needs to work with Griese this offseason and I want one of Klay Kubiak or Brian Griese to become the OC for Kyle in 2025. Preferably Griese and allow for Griese to debate Kyle on play calls when it's needed.

But the other half of 3rd quarter too ending the games he stops and refuses the same plays. Brock should call the plays other half of 3er quarter and 4er quarter like how he did in Lions playoff game with no HUDDLE PLAYS.
I think one aspect that is not mentioned often is the number of big plays called back due to penalties. Didn't that happen before one of the picks the other night? Big play to Kittle, down within the 10 or 15. Called back. Didn't Purdy throw three touchdowns on one drive earlier this season with two called back? If he throws two touchdowns that get called back and then throws a pick, what's the story? Oh he makes too many mistakes. Well, seems like the rest of the team is making a lot more. And sure, the QB gets the blame, but it seems somewhat disingenuous to ignore that aspect of the season. The whole team has played sloppy.

Which is why I feel he is only worth about 30 million a year, but with incentive bonus money for elite play without mistakes. Deductions of bonus money should be deducted for mistakes. I would like to see all players under contracts like that. Bonus money for elite play would bring out the best in all of them, but not if you pay them the big bucks without them earning it.
