How the 7e-6 in the scale to target time increment options means that we are asking to increase the time step by 10 times ??? please elaborate.. Similarly in verify mesh you enter the value 1e--6

factor 10 is in reference to the stable time increment of his model, which was around 7E-7 if i recall correctly (see other videos of this series)
