That's cool and the difference between the new nozzle and the old nozzle is crazy.

Having difficultly with my mini+ filament not adhering. Cleaned the print bed, re calibrated first layer numerous times, still not adhering well. Could this be an issue with the nozzle? Have never replaced it and printer is 2 years old.

Hello !! for information : it seems that Prusa modify the process "Changing/replacing the nozzle (MINI)" on their webpage. They indicate "Turn off the printer before the next step" 😉

I can't manage to hold my heat block still with pliers while trying to remove the nozzle. Any tips?

you replaced the nozzle to 0.6? This printer allows that nozzle to be used ?

Yes even bigger or smaller but you will need to change your slicer settings.
In prusa slicer checkout the different profiles on the right. The nozzle size is in the name there.
