As "the most exclusive luxury residential building in all of Madrid," Architectural Digest magazine calls the newly resplendent Montalbán 11. The historic seven-story building with the magnificent façade is located in the artists' district Los Jerónimos, close to the famous Prado Museum. Sustainability was the top priority in the comprehensive redesign, from energy efficiency to the use of environmentally friendly materials and integration into the local ecosystem.
