This is first phase of my journey from Taipei to Bangkok, taking the route through Hong Kong with CX. I ended up booking the ticket just a day in advance, which the direct flights were either too pricey or completely booked up. CX turned out to be among the more budget-friendly options, and it seemed like the best choice when you compare it with others like Air China and Xiamen Airlines.
