Nhe, o level se matric system mein anei mein bachei ko ziada masla nhe hota. But apko urdu pe thora ziada focus krna parta hai takei baqi bachn ke sath compete kr skein.
One more thing, matric system mein bht sari cheezein aisi hoti hain jin ko ratta lgana hota hai, tou wahan aksr bachn ko thori mushkil paish ati hai.

I recommend don't disturb your child at this level. Cambridge students are used to answer the questions in their own words and paper checking criteria are also based on conceptual knowledge.
In matriculation students are expected to reproduce bookish knowledge in the same words.

Yes you can. But it will be a very big shift and normally not recommend. It’s better to shift in matric to fsc system so you get a know how of how things work however if you have done o levels already then discuss with your seniors and teachers and some teachers fsc and especially those who specialise in mdcat and decide accordingly
