Steve Clarke, love your passion and honesty. You have taught me so much over the 10 years I have known you. Thank you for sharing this great video full of TIPPS
Great info vary solid advice. Any Americans watching this that want to be an LO it is highly illegal to give thank you gifts like gift cards and concert tickets etc. even jail time. So this obviously isn’t the case in Canada. But in America You can take that person out to lunch but you can’t give them a gift card for lunch.
Thank you for the info Steve I found it helpful. I am considering this career and my idea was to start ''part time'' to keep some other revenue at least at first. I want to understand what makes part time negative?
Thank you so much for the presentation. I'm surprised this video doesn't have 10k+ views. Its a hidden gem. Is it possible to connect with you on any social media?
Thank you Steve That was very wonderful. I'm a newcomer in canada after losing everything I had due to war and immigration I want to start a new career here. I just started a mortgage agent course because I like it and it's short and easier to get a work than others at least this is what I found out about this. If you could give me an advice what would it be? I just need a word from someone like you...
Hi Steve, thank you for your videos. You gave me a lot of encouragement to get a license and start a mortgage agent career. I have an accounting degree and I’ve been working in public accounting for the past two years. However, I don’t feel like I’m reaching my full potential in what I’m doing. I’ll be contacting TMG branch here in Saint John, New Brunswick once I’ll get my license! Thank you once again! Sanat P.S. your content is great, you should keep posting
Hey Steve! Love these type of videos and hope to see more from a experienced professional like you. Currently, I’m working as a bank teller and wanted to become a mortgage agent. Now would it be smarter to do the suggested program and join a brokerage or try becoming a agent through the bank? Thanks in advance.
I am not a mortgage agent (yet) and this video was so inspiring. Now I am seriously considering in become a mortgage agent. Thank you!

Surround yourself with positive people, learn from them, and help them
Well said - with a particular emphasis on the "help them" part of that statement.
I'm actually thinking about becoming a mortgage agent . So many questions , I think I need to talk with someone who is one in person.
