Blood , sweat and tears brotherman! Zenith's plans could stand a comprehensive update. Thanks for the video and Blue Skies!

Hopefully the factory is paying attention and making the adjustments on plans?

Got a good laugh about the forward channels. We almost did the same thing but realized it would not work. Thanks for the videos.

Yeah, I guess we all have to make a few mistakes. Part of learning and a better aircraft. Thanks for watching.

Adam, I appreciate your videos. I watched you for the first time Nov 5th, 2020 where you were discussing in Episode 8 joining the forward fuselage and rear fuselage sections together. You were asserting that you had made a mistake and proceeded to undo, i.e. drill out rivets from the rear fuselage forward frame to facilitate joining the forward and rear fuselage sections. I too am building a 750 SD and when I got to that same point I did not find it necessary to partially undo (drill out rivets) as you did. Maybe I missed something in your video. I got some help in joining the two sections together because as you know the level of difficulty is high if done solo. I had the rear fuselage section resting on a bench which was in turn resting on a couple of adjustable metal saw horses. The forward 6 inches of the rear fuselage was slightly off the end of the bench with the tail elevated to essentially an angle that would allow for a near level attitude of the forward fuselage when joined with the rear fuselage. With that as the starting point the forward fuselage's angled longerons aligned fairly easily with the corresponding angled slots in the forward frame of the rear fuselage. The forward fuselage was resting on a saw horse with an approximate 2-3 ft length of 2x4 supporting the slight nose up pitch attitude of the forward fuselage from under the nose gear lower bearing. The two of us moved the forward fuselage aft slowly inserting the forward fuselage longerons into the angled slots on the rear fuselage forward frame. We would inch along one side then the other guiding the forward fuselage longerons as necessary (through a second set of angled slots) until the two sections were completely joined. I totally agree with your comments about Zenith's building instructions for the 750 SD. I've found them to be lacking at times and too many times littered with mistakes/omissions/ambiguities which I bring to the attention of Zenith. I'm a firm believer in detailed drawings like those on Zenith's google drive with all of the parts pertinent to that drawing shown individually and assembled with required notations and color coding for ease of identification of assembled parts. I too have had to drill out rivets for which there was no warning on a drawing to delay riveting to avoid a future assembly conflict. I'm not a big fan of photographs as a primary aid for building because photographs typically fail to show a sequence for the assembly. Photos are fine for confirmation of the finished assembly but of limited help if not confusing in getting to that finished assembly. Will be watching your videos now that I know they exist. Finishing the cockpit is my objective now. Zenith provides little or no documentary help for that. Cheers.

Paul thanks for watching and the comments. Probably to hard to explain in text but I’ve heard similar stories about the fuselage joining. Anyway thanks for watching and if you’re online at 10:30 am tomorrow there is a virtual workshop going on and i’ll be speaking on it. You can find on Zenith facebook page.

Just started a Cruzer build. Living in central florida, I decided on a light mist coat of primer on most parts. I was just going to CorrosionX the internals after paint, but figured a visual of primer may help out with resell, especially coming from Florida. Love watching your progress!

In todays CNC modern world, the instructions should be much, much clearer.

Qs Tech Service No names as of yet. It’s actually a 3 seater. 2 in the front and 1 in the back.

Can’t wait to hear what the name is going to be I would be a hard decision 😂
Hopefully I can come for a ride when you get it done ✅ 👍
