Your explanation is great. Very transparent. I have saw the comments below of mr. Adam and mr sathish. I too have the same question. But I would like to add one more point in that is "planning". How much it cost for planning for G +1 or duplex which comes around 1500sqft.

There is no right pricing when it comes to designing, there are designers who charge from Rs.5/sft ranging upto architect firms who charge Rs.200-250/sft. for designing. It all depends upon what kind of work we expect from them like 2D floor plan, 3D design, structural design etc. It also depends upon their experience and company profile

Hi very good information all areas covering, so what is the total coverage for house construction , since carparking, compound wall, sump, Gate, and top floor bricks, like many not covered under house construction charges 1800rs per sq. ft... these additional areas itself will come around 8L extra in case of 30* 40 site

Hi bro Iam PAVITHRAN, Iam a Civil Engineer, I completed my studies last year and now iam going design my own house, for that I need column markings, As I done that by my self but it's very necessary to ask an expert and I saw your vedio and can you help me in column marking and also to check my plan I did it in REVIT architecture and iam not going to construct now might be one or one and half year later but I started to design it now so that I need the column marking

We strongly suggest that you have an expert on site while doing it, if column markings are not done perfectly it could impact the entire building.
