The background music/theme for the upcoming, highly anticipated new game mode for League of Legends, dubbed League of Legends: Dominion. The BGM file was obtained through a custom login animation RAR file. Source thread:

RIP Dominion, my favorite game-mode of all time.
I can feel whit you. I loved to play draven, the old sion and the old Xin Zhao on the mode. I played it more than normals and everything else in Leauge. In this mode were no Tilt, it made fun if you was also losing because you didnt gave up and tried to get the points back. I really miss the old league of legends. I dont know why they removed that mode but that was a big misstake.

@@timo_lp9993 it was a mode where you could see picks that you didn't even expect see in Normals at that time, like Heimerdinger as Tower Defenser, Hecarim as Taxi... I really enjoyed playing Janna who could fly all over the map and take points, remove ennemies from yours, etc.
Aaaaaaaah this mode misses me soooooooooooooooo hard. But in other hand, League has become way too toxic, i'm pretty sure this mode would have been horrible to play because of that :/

I like how almost every character in this artwork has received a major rework. Except Ashe and Cho.
really speaks volumes about either how poor their game design is that they feel the need to replace the champions with new ones to stay strong, or how they don't care about their history.

oh wow. I remember when this was new and EVERYONE was playing dominion... music brings back memories... mainly because I don't play dominion anymore... neither does anyone else.

Gotta love that metallic clanging sound that plays when the last 10 points are ticking down from a nexus, too... Fits the song quite well and makes it even more dramatic, as if that were even possible.

that was the final part, if you tryed everything to win this game and sacrify yourself for the last point you needed.

Thumbs up Riot, i may have complained a lot about the game but i must admit the work done on dominion with the music is incredible.

When the Akali is fed but you keep channeling while u know is coming and you need to neutralized it to win some time

Because clearly the classic mode needs the chill music to help people keep their cool, and the faster-paced Dominion mode needs something to keep people pumped. Except, that, you know, both modes need kickass music like this.
Its much more epic when your team has 30 nexus, and the other has 130, and you make an epic turnaround, and take a victory!
I loved dominion, had great times in this mode and the intense music was perfect.

Won a game of Dominion with one health left in our nexus. I managed to cap the windmill as Karthus, while the opponent had twenty health left in theirs. I held them off and just as they killed me and took the point, our volibear took the boneyard. Best. Ending. Ever.
I somehow never noticed that this theme uses the old League leitmotif, how incredible.

It's sad to think Riot is just sitting on an asset as amazing as this and letting it rot. They might as well change their name to Valve.

The least played mode in the game has the best song in the game.
I actually played this mode only for this song it has more emotion than summoners rift.

I'ts totally brilliant. Thank you so much for uploading this! My first Dominion match looked pretty bad at first, my teammates sucked hard... but somehow, we aced them and captured all points. The music got more and more intense while the last seconds of the battle past... damn, that was awsome. You go Riot!
To all who don't know this isn't the complete song, where it cuts off at the end in the second half, there's still more to it.
The most epic music in all of League of Legends so far. Having this playing in the background on my first match is what kept me pumped. They went all out with the release, and I'm pleased with the result. If you don't like the mode, you have to at least love the music.
However, I think the music is made more epic by the rest of the game sounds.
I don't think I've ever lost a dominion match after 10:37 started.
We might be down to 50 nexus health while the enemy team is still at 400, but I'll be damned if I'm going to lose while I have music THIS inspiring backing me up.
Dominion has the best music in League. At first I played Dominion for the sole fact of hearing this song while playing :P I usually will play other music when playing LoL, but shit just gets too real with Dominion.

In addition to the pace, I think this song also really matches Dominion's backstory and atmosphere. If there's one thing I absolutely admire about Riot, it's that their attention to detail and lore is outstanding.

Indeed, the crescendo and overall buildup flow perfectly! League's musics are like Sona's symphonies!
This music is just perfect for dominion. The beat is synchronized with the point count. And music goes epic at the end of the game, when you're all like "OMFG CAPTURE POINTS FUCKING TARDS".

I like the part from 6:50 on, it gives me this feeling of desperate struggle, watcing your nexus points going down down down makes you want to fight harder
Ah Dominion. The good old days. 3x Target based R akali running down a solo lane. New master yi players capturing every tower until they die. Random teemo shrooms in the center of the map bushes. Good times. Back when ppl didn't need 3 rounds of chemotherapy after a game and actually enjoyed playing :S
This is just an amazing piece. I had a chance to play Dominion a few times in the beta period, and what stood out most, above the fun, fast-paced action, was the music. Thanks for the upload, this is great!

The "secret" grand finale when both teams have either 70 points or less starts at 12:52.
They really made a good work with This track. Good thing it's on YT together with the Champion select one.

There it is, the play button. Granted, I clicked it once and heard the first few seconds of it. I want to listen to the rest of it, I really do.
But I can't click it. I need to play my first match. I need to be blown away by Dominion with the music on top of it. I want to hear the gunshots, the silences, the "Demacia's", Gangplanks laughter with cannon firing, and crows storming madly from Fiddle's ult. I want a mere symphony of battle and chaos with this piece; WHY CAN'T I HAVE IT!?

I just witnessed the most amazing comeback. The enemy was at 9 HP and then they suddenly managed to take all of the capture points. o3o No joke. We went from 123 to 0, while they remained at 9.
10:50 reminds me of legend of zelda mostly twilight princess

I still remember when my team was losing, I was the only one alive with Irelia in a 1v4 fight and I though I was gonna die, and then..."QUADRA KILL", LOL. It was the most epic match ever, we were able to recover it so well C:
