Pure g noida mein freehold naam ka koi chiz nhi hai , Sara land is of g. Noida authority and they can buldoze anything which is not approved by them , builder usually they buy agriculture land from farmers and build low rise building and provide only registry which can be done by anyone on any name. There is always risk just ask building plan if approved by g.noida authority or not ask for noc for sewage water connection and obviously they will tell for freehold it's not aplicable ask for rera if they will tell the same , ask if govt bank can provide load like SBI , Bob etc which they don't because it's illegal. Rest your choice
