Did I miss something? Did everyone in the US hit the lottery? It's sad to see today's market. This country is headed towards a major disaster financially. That townhome is overpriced at least 300 percent.
That’s what I’ve been asking. Especially with the increase of homelessness. It’s the haves and have nots. No more middle class. If I sold my home, even with the profit I’d gain, I wouldn’t be able to afford another home. Nashville is just as bad when it comes to affordable housing! Especially when it used to be extremely affordable. So very sad 😢
Hi Raymond, I am a subscriber, I watch all your videos and always give them a like to support you, having said that. This is not worth the price under any circumstances. The square footage is way too small. They are using the location to justify the price, but what you can't say, that I can say is Trilith is not Black people friendly. So the vibe and eclectic luxury feel they are attempting to offer will not be experienced by a Black person living there. I suspected that when I first saw this development, and then I read a article that confirmed it. A black couple were suing Trilith for racial discrimination because of how they were being treated after purchasing a home there. This is nothing against you Raymond, but I felt it necessary to say this because buying a home is such a major purchase and to buy one somewhere that you would be mistreated is unconscionable
Final price for me would be 500K ... its a bit too small on the secondary rooms and it does have that which look like it would have been an elevator shaft on the second floor.. but the size is small... at max 550K on the price. Target market seem to be young and possibly male that is a old bachelor, worked like Hades to earn it, or young female with roommates and/or a OF account that get them paid 20K per month... SO its housing for those that will remain single.... which is many in my generation and a lot more in the next....but we don't have the funds to afford this unless we are a Sugar Baby or OF girl...LOL
Y'all need to mention the hoa on these properties that have one. Most of these homes are located within a hoa. What is the hoa on this property?

Sqt Footage alone to me would make it worth $466,000 at 250 per Sq Ft. ... dings for the home at this current price is that its a town house and this one is not even a corner town house which has one less neighbor making noise next door... and has more light coming in if a corner unit... lets hope the fit and finish live up to the price tag... by the way this is before seeing the interior of the house... I am hoping to see an elevator... since it has no land or a real back yard for a pool... it should have that at least... no plastic shower pans or one piece tub shower combo... wood flooring... wide steps up to the next story with wood steps... low HOA cost....wish it was no HOA but its a Townhouse I am sure there is a HOA cost and possibly a Building Cost like in high-rise Condos... Luxury kitchen with Top of the Line Branded materials and electronics... security system with cameras... no wire closet hanging shelves... that look tacky if its in there.. and an office... It has to be high end for this price where there are home in ATL that are at this price that are way bigger and have land with pools in many of them... they just need updating... I am possibly moving from this location to Tenn. or Texas but it wouldn't hurt to have some investment property that can at least hold its value over time... Which I expect this possibly will not hold its value over time if HOOD stuff start to happen and move in... LOL

Way overpriced for the space! I was expecting a large loft or rooftop to compensate.
