My replacement pcb has these connections PLUS a "K" (relay?) and "-" beside it. What is relay used for? Does K mean relay? And, since "K" is not a component on my original pcb does that mean this pcb will not work unless connected to some type relay? Tried looking online/Google. No luck. Need some hell. @@mehraj131two (Motorola) ONSEMI ic are available for BLDC motor speed control.. Application notes on how ic works is also explained.. One ic is with Brake logic control...MC33035 other is without brake control...MC33033... Should cost less than Rs100/- each
...but you have to know 1) 1-1 relationship between 3 Hall sensors and 3 motor windings... 2) if hall sensors are connected in 120° or 60° ( elect.) config... 3) above ..2 pts are not valid for " sensorless" application.....for that additional circuitry is required...

Please follow the circuit diagram at the end of the video, it will definitely work as I did not do anything alternative. You have to use capacitor in the output side of the 5v voltage regulator, that I may have missed during drawing.
Yes, it will work. A 250 watt motor will draw around 10 Amps with fully charged battery ( I have practically tested it with my wattmeter attached) & the MOSFET (P80NF55) used is rated at 80 Amp (limited by heat dissipation). You have to use good quality heatsink with proper airflow & also use good quality MOSFET there are counterfeit also.
