The upside is no more toxicity, lag switchers or stress of reaching Demi God for skins. No more point decay for not playing, losing what could be hours of valuable time. @@topshelfguwop I can relate why people don't want to play KL. It's fun if you play once in a while but if you want a skin you have to do so many matches and every odd number of fights just annoying af. I'm sick and tired of always fighting scorpions, sub-zeros and liu kangs
I'm EST. I just did it and it definitely still works. For the EST zone it's 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and then cycles again.

I wanted to comment and confirm that this does work.
I did it this morning at 9am eastern time, waiting until the tower expired. A new one popped up and you have to exit and re-enter the towers of time. Wait 10 minutes, it'll count down from 59min. The Meteor will fly across and you enter the code on the screen.

I tried it once and I got the Kung Lao skin from the “souls” season. I’d continue but I don’t have enough soul fragments. :( but this a good alternative way to get skins for ppl like me who don’t play as much and is terrible online . Thanks a lot!

@@PlaystationGamerZX there are some great augment build guides on TH-cam where you can get an insane amount of coins/souls/hearts per match in the towers. I have a johny cage build utilizing monetary based augments where I can get 250,000 coins per match and a liu kang build where I can get about 2000 souls per minute (i don't even bother with jinsei augments because normal augments are OP enough), I'll list the augments here because I have nothing better to do with my life.
Johnny cage coin build:
Pure and simple
Spirit collector
Good souls
Dark magic
Heart and soul
Perfect kombat
The objective of that build is to get as many krushing blows as you can, get a flawless match and end it with a brutality (easiest one is the down 2 brutality), in order to optimize your time spent farming i would recommend doing the survival tower in the klassic towers being that they are single round matches, also in order to get flawless rounds easier you can set the opponent ai to very easy right before you enter the tower.
Liu kang soul build:
Spoils of war
Spirit kollector
Good souls
Smoke and mirrors
Heart and soul
Pure and simple
With this build you can do your krushing blows infinitely and they don't deal any damage, this will allow you to do your down 2 krushing blow over and over again for the entire match, just get the opponent in the corner and down 2 them the whole time, I would recommend going into the survival towers for this build aswell being that those matches last for 4 minutes max which means you won't have to wait for a new match to load up as often.
I don't have a very efficient heart farming build, but various people have made heart farming build guides on TH-cam.

This thing is legit! Was skeptical at first because I saw a few different codes on other videos but this thing work and most definitely pays off 10/10
For those of you struggling:
Steps:
1) Make sure you are following EASTERN TIME (if not convert your time zone to eastern) and make sure ITS ODD NUMBER HOURS
2) Wait for tower thats displayed in video to hit zero
3) Click that tower, now exit it
4) Tower will say expired and will retrieve a new one
5) DONT click anything, wait 10 MINUTES
6) Meteor will fly by, input code (easier with joystick)

ALL Kombat league skins can be obtained using this secret. Yes it still and likely will always work as its a developer inclusion. Also of note you will have to adjust for daylight savings time so if you were on odd hours you'll likely be on even and vice versa.
Current Est. As of May 26 2021 puts the meteor on Even hours. Adjust your time zone accordingly!

Now as far as the directional codes go you’re using the D-pad right? I just came back to the game after a long absence. I played my heart and soul out on season of blood (season1?) and boy it was a gruesome experience as I’m sure it was for many people. I did decent but it was a tough go anyway. Any extra tips would help so much and thank you!!

I feel you homie. I don't always want to grind KL. It's a extremely luck based to get what skin you'll pull, but its great to have that option there so you dont feel like you 100% missed out on a desirable skin.

Listen to me. When I first bought the game I had no idea what I was doing. I got this game in may this year and I was a noob. But I went through the characters and picked who I liked and that was kung lao and scorpion. I went to practice and looked up TH-cam tutorials for combos on that character. I practiced to do it and I mixed it up a little bit by doing some of my own moves. You’ll get better. Just practice.

You can do it as many times as you see the meteor. Takes a while (every 2 hours), but you're limited only by the amount of time you put towards it.

Downside for this method is you only get 1 of the 2 kombat league skins, or I just haven’t gotten the second skins that way yet

@@ReezyJustVibin just playing characters that are top tier. A lot of people do this cause they want wins and those character guarantee them to a degree. Easy to open opponent up, less of a skill gap to play. I.e pansies

Does this still work? I've tried it a few times now and the meteor never appears for me. I'm waiting the full 10 minutes, sometimes more, after the towers rotate and still nothing. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or has it been patched out or something? Side note, I'm on British time so would it still be the same pattern of 2 hours

@@ko55579 they are seasonal so omce it expires these skins are a rarity also you can farm jinsei augments for the character you are recieving the skin for, one lvl4 and as many lvl3 as you have completed the tower after your first completion

@@preciouswilliams100 I think it's random, but you can try some experiment that I made myself. wait for the meteor to pass at 23.10, then enter the code in T.O.T when the meteor has passed half of the screen. So far I always get the skin I expect, except for sub zero, it's quite difficult

Bro DualShock 4 up button not working, how do we do? If we take it to the tower with the right and left buttons, will it count? So the button works, but when I press it in that part of the game it doesn't count. For example, suppose I am in the Rapid Tower, you only have to use the Left button to navigate to the Gauntlet tower. Can you tell me how to do it?
Use the analog sticks, it will def be harder, but its possible.

You likely calculated your time zone wrong from EST.. or forgot about daylight savings. So if you tried at 9:10. Your target is likely 10:10. Hope this helps.

You likely got caught on daylight savings or miscalculated your time zone relative to what I put In the vid. Easy fix is whatever hour you tried to be there for and saw no meteor, you can do the opposite hour and will likely see your meteor. I.e. if u tried at 1 (odd hours), waited till 1:10 and saw nothing, then try 2:10 (even hours) and you'll get it.

You have to wait till the next meteor.

@@SareenaVie its every 2 hours. Depending on timezone. If youre east coast US its at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc... 10 minutes after the towers rotate. Were you at the correct time?
