The spirit of the ‘80’s was bring your A game, and go big or get the F out! I think everything was just so much bigger, better, brighter, full of life and character, over the top and so much more fun! I think the house is cool as is, I just think the main house itself, should be at least twice the size!

Replacing the interior can be done but that price is based mostly on the views. That would worry me as I can see people deciding it's worth while to spend the money to develop those hillsides and take away the great views unless development is prohibited in that area.

For that money, I prefer to develop my next successful Software which helps people all over the world. I'm a visionary Tech Entrepreneur, so I'm thinking of developing new products by using great technologies instead of buying a too big house just for myself.

cut some view to the right... loose the entrance roof....sell some of that art....keep the teak zebra stuff lose a tree or two grow some other plants.... the glass art is in front of the money shot.... open it up in the back!
