Thank you 😊 It depends, baits are shy in the winter, that's why I use 90 cm hooklink, but it's different in the summer when fish are feedeing properly and baits are more positive then I use 60 cm hooklink
@irishfeeder7289 hi mate, I'm Derek I'm in Dublin and I'm interested in joining a coarse fishing group to learn more from people like yourself. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, and great video. 👍🏻
Good video 👍
Thank you!
Damien. Great video thanks for sharing as always. How long do you use a hooklink on the helicopter rig ?
Thank you 😊

I'd wet all my knot's before tightening them & wet the line before sliding the rubber stops around.
Otherwise a very well presented & explained video
thanks for showing us 👍
Hi Damian have you ever fished lough ennell, I've a place beside Tuddenham shore and was wondering if you can put me on any spots around there
Nice
Hi Damian. Do you tie the loop on the 12lb mono directly to your braid or do you also use a shock leader?
Hi Michael, I don't use shock leader in winter, so my rig is going directly to braid
@@irishfeeder7289 Thank you. That was a great video BTW. Very informative.
