Thanks for watching our videos. Yes it’s built by the same developer. The previous house was already sold. However, this house is much bigger than the previous one and also has a dedicated spa and cinema room.
You may want to tell the seller to drop the price to 100,000,000 Baht. The huge villa is on a very small plot of land (relatively speaking), the villa is located on the "darkside" of Pattaya, and the style of the building...a.k.a. Shoebox...is not very attractive for what he is asking!
It looked nice from the outside, but the inside was a total anti-climax. Extremely bad and tasteless design..too much mixed together without any sense and no cozy "home" vibe at all. I have seen some nice houses in Thailand, but this is NOT one of them
