Made these this morning with spelt. They rose well in the skillet 4 min each side with the cover on. Thank you!!

Your tips helped me navigate my first batch of Kamut and WW English Muffins. I feel comfortable making these again. Thank you.

I used your recipe using home milled spelt flour. I didn't need to add the extra flour the next morning. They were so delicious. I baked them in the covered skillet instead on a griddle. 5 minutes each side, and then a final flip for another 2 minutes. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Thank you! I have just started to make 100% whole wheat english muffins with another recipe, but I always love to try new ones. I too use fresh milled flour and it is a different beast than the store bought that others bake with. I will try this recipe this week as it sure looks delicious.

Thank you for making it look more approachable! I’ve always been intimidated by making these. I made them once before, they turned out dense and terrible. I’ll be trying this out again with your recipe! Thank you! Love your channel by the way!!!!!

I saw you have a pasta maker? Could you show how you make whole grain pasta? Any egg free recipes for that? My son has food allergies so I’d love an egg free pasta recipe to try!

Yes, I plan on adding videos with the pasta machine, too! So stay tuned for that! I can do a video on an eggless pasta as well. 😃
