I remember building off his schematics because it was so good right out of the box! And the reason you keep getting S ranks is because of the relatively low ammo cost since you're firing rifles and sparely using grenades; then his primary armor is high which he doesn't take damage as easily. There's only a few tweaks the player can make to turn him into the perfect AC for any mission! Nice run ACL! ^_^
Thank you love ark and ah i see. I honestly don't know much about the cost of weapons ammo, but boy this was the most relaxed and fun run i have done to date.
I pretty much went through my first playthrough with the same weapon setup aside from the flare shoulder units. The grenade launcher just cleans house, and the rifles really are just solid weapons to get through the missions.
No wonder why Berlioz was the top dog. He wasn't just the best, he was consistent. His craft practically cleans house without going all out. Makes me shudder thinking on what-if Berlioz had decided to take things a little more seriously during his fight that day.
Dread to think and Anatolia mercenary really was the only one who could stop him. Which make you think no wonder he became such a legend later on in life.
I see Berlioz as the black knight of AC4. Highly skilled, ambitious, above the rules of using company parts, the way he waits in darkness during the intro.. vary cool. Really feel he should have been a boss similar to White Glint. Supplice itself is an example of classic FromSoft simplicity, or rather how their design encourages certain equipment and you really don't need anything fancy. I've since imported Supplice into AC4A and had a showdown with White Glint as well as recreating it in AC6 where it continues to perform well.
Yes i do feel from could have done more with supplice. But then again he made his impact really as thinking about it with him being this skilled and Anatolia's merc being able to take him down. It certainly set up the stage for white glint being this powerful lynx who's rank does not really show thier true skill.
Consistent performance. Some trouble with some bigger targets, but that was bound to happen. However, if you are looking to thin the numbers and kill a NEXT at the same time, Supplice is the craft to do it.
Thanks rreckin and i would agree the frame is art. Honestly as i said it really was a fun time with supplice, but i gotta step away otherwise i might not use another frame and build ha ha.
i fell in love with this F-1 inspired craft the moment AC4 trailer appeared, and she did not disappoint. great performance & sexy mech design. Supplice will always be in my heart. thanks ACL!
Yo, short answer: *YES YOU CAN.* The Supplice is simply an amazing AC as the primal armor is very good and the ammo is very nice that helps deal with the challenge of the cost. The two rifles are a fantastic combination as they compliment each other very well, the flares is very useful in combat and the ogoto grenade cannon is so op that it makes very short work of missions. I do use a reverse custom of the Supplice, making it white and the Ogoto on the other side. This just goes to show why the Supplice is a force to be reckoned with and why he is number one during the LYNX war. Great video!!!
This is basically what I ran in AC6 to S-rank missions. Turner or Scudder + Ludlow + Earshot and maybe a choice compact missile launcher on an all Elcano frame. It's just hard to beat. 👌🏼
This AC works so much better if have the Marve and grenade on the same side. That way when it runs out you can still fire two weapons at the same time.
@@armoredcorelore yeah I get that was the challenge lol honestly I think it's weird how many of the enemy ACs have set ups like this that limits their potential in battle. Another one I can think of off the top of my head was the BFF quad with the owl emblem that pops up in 4A as well. They should absolutely remaster 4 and for answer for the current generation not only for more people to play them but also not have to rely on emulators or fork out loads of money on a rare game for the PS3.
Love how the top ranked Original earn his title, proving it through his AC's performance. Guess it goes to show that if it weren't for the skill of Anatolia's Mercenary (and perhaps his allies), the Closed Plan would have gone down without a hitch by the time of AC4. Awesome video, plus it was surprisingly funny how this one AC basically trivializes the game. I also pity the fool playing a drinking game to how many times "S rank" is mentioned in this video alone. Wonder how well the Dessert Wolf, and the original White Glint can manage, though I'll gladly wait for their turn to come up. After all, there are still a lot of AC's left to try. Seeing this video also made me wonder how often Ravens, Lynx, and Mercenaries in general modify their mechs for their assignments, or if its simply something only the protagonists, and a few others bother doing, adding to their success rates, because they actually bother to adapt to the needs of the mission instead of sticking to one specific method.
Oh supplice certain made this a cake walk. I admit i think you can hear surprised i was to keep having to say s rank and really having not a lot to say about missions. But you ask a good question there as we do see some ravens change thier loadouts throughout a game like Zinaida and Jack O. But i think we kind of limited lore wise by game limits. But it is suggested that a lot of lynxs were not allowed to buy other parts from corporations in this period which messed with modification.
@@armoredcorelore Heh, yeah I could tell how your expectations changed during the video actually, which made it all the more entertaining. Thanks for the clarification that its not really shown how many AC's across the games change their loadouts too. It does make sense that corporations don't want their Lynxes using parts of rival companies since it more than likely makes their products look inferior by comparison if their own pilots would rather rely on the tech made by cooperate rivals. Although I still like to ponder on how often other characters across these games plan out their loadouts before each mission. Some taking a long time to decide on which parts, and weapons to use when reading their assignment briefing, and others just going "!@#$ it, We Ball" when taking a mission. Also how many that are tied to a company end up complaining about not being able to customize their AC to their fullest potential.

Honestly that is what i said when i saw the rank and 0 credits. it had to go in the script.
I mean, there's a question in the title? For serious?
You are right. I seem to have missed the question mark at the end of my question. My bad.
It's fine dude, it's just strange as its certainly one of the strongest NPC builds in the game. If you want to challenge yourself, I'd go with one of the more gimmick NPC builds.@@armoredcorelore
@@manwiththemachinegun Oh I'll get to the wacky ones. I already beat the game with P dam and hit a wall with Vero Nork.
Aaliyah supremacy!
Cake walk supremacy ha ha
@@armoredcorelore Aaliyah was my go-to frame for both 4 and 4A.
@@Echo_419 I'm going to have to step away from it now. Otherwise i might never use another build ha ha.
@@armoredcorelore in 4A I switched to the White Glint parts for my second and third playthroughs because of fashion core. But that's only if I wasn't using the Aaliyah or a dedicated dual melee build with triple rocket launchers.
@@Echo_419 Hmm might have to do a white glint run too. Ah the choices.
Supplice is one great looking Formula One ca- I mean, Armored Core.
Too bad the Kotobukiya model kit is expensive, too many tiny parts you can lose, needs copious amounts of glue and isn't really stable.
I'm still looking for my GA sunshine kit.
If you can't beat AC4 as supplice then your prob trash.
You mean can’t?
If you do…Well you’re right.
@@andrewrogers3067 Yes, thank you.
Sublime Supplice~
Easiest time I've had completing ac4.
