I have the tan bandit from 24s. They have the color you showed (you thought you would get)on the website. Coach was made in America but the European and Asian countries ALWAYS get the best colors! Especially ASIA!!
@Davida Singleton! I have to agree with you that definitely Europe and Asia definitely get the best color and designs of Coach handbag which is crazy since Coach is an American company.
Awww, so sorry this purchase was a fail! The image from the website definitely shows a darker color from what you got. The mark on the back of the bag would be a big NO! for me too! Hopefully you are able to replace it with a more beautiful bandit bag! Can't wait to see what you share next! Have a beautiful day!
@sml80! Yes that is so crazy cause the color say Ivory and not white/chalk. Yep the mark on the back is definitely a no no for me and unfortunately I had to return it ASAP.
@Emma! Wow that’s crazy, I just checked the UK coach website and you are definitely right. The crazy part is that the color say Ivory when I order it. Wow the Coach UK website have so much more beautiful colors than the US coach website. Thank you

Call and complain. Ask for a supervisor if you have to because majority of the customer service agents are slow & don't understand. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore & companies are hiring anyone. Apparently they're hiring anyone to pack items because the way they wrapped that😩😠

So I think the Coach UK site offers the colour you received AND the colour you thought you ordered. I think they’re using the wrong stock image :(

Coach pics NEVER look like their bags! They always add a gloss and the color is always a shade or two darker. It’s false advertisement
