I had to update the firmware. If you press button 1 and 5 at the same time it brings up firmware version. There should be two firmware and you need the latest ending 208. Have to update from jbl through PC or mac. Makes a different to sound quality dab reception battery life and lc display is clearer.
Ours 5 preset buttons have stopped responding, then intermittently all buttons including the power button stops responding. Doing a reset as per your video turns it off but just back to the state where the 5 preset buttons don’t work but everything else does. Any ideas???
Mine was working & then I tried to pair it with Open Run earphones; it went into pairing mode, didn't connect with the earphones, and won't now do anything else because it's still in pairing mode. I tried the above reset, but it didn't work for this.

mine can only scan upto 95Mhz ,is it possible to change this range?

I wonder why my tuner2 don't receive more DAB station. At the beginning there were a lot more stations available???

Jbl tuner, not turning on..? Not even charging..?
Mine was the same , but I did what the guy did above and it then reset and i could turn it on and charge.
