I built one with drone bits ( 2 channel)
Today I finally got the gyro problem sorted out that would cause one motor to cut with a heavy bank .
So, test flying in the house today it went straight and level straight through the wife's glass cabinet.
Probably shouldn't fly in the house.

I bought 6 of these from a shop here in the UK called, the works. About 2 years ago. £2.99 each. Iv still yet to build them all. But this video is brilliant.

Does seem odd to fit nice suitably smal ESC's... only to fit the largest BEC Known to man.

An interesting build me old china! Looking forward to seeing how she goes as there's a Cheetah hanging on my wall waiting for the shipping deformation to morph out of it. Our mate will probably have his Lidl-type glider conversion (using the motors/escs out of a crashed Bugs 2c) ready to try tomorrow as well as all our Eachine Flying Fish twins.
Oh and a question - do you know where you can get contra-rotating EDF fans for a matched set for builds like this?

I think the wings will break at the servo wells......... I flew mine for the 1st time today with the full length fiberglass spars on top Floats like a feather I don't see any problem with the weight
Yes, the servo wells are a weak point. I've given mine a lot of abuse and the tips just flex, the foam is very resilient. Thanks for watching, have a great day!

My cheetah has fiberglass top sparss and strapping tape on the bottom and feels really really stiff....

the yellow esc is a cheap esc for china and if you had two yellow esc from the same seller i bet if you cut them open they would look different and they suck I took off the wires and connectors and tossed the esc in the trash
I have had better luck, I've bought several of those "el cheapo" power systems with ESC, motor & prop and only had one with the ESC dead on arrival. Never had one fail in flight (yet)!! Thanks for watching, have a great day!
