I fell in love with GtG only after the Collectiv catastrophe. I'm English and had never heard of them before. I'll never see them live. My heart hurts for them and their loved ones and fans. I play them regularly because, hell, they were so bloody good, and their loss is just so unfair.
I introduce people to their music whenever I can because that way, they live on.

Regardless of the fact that you like the band or not or blame them for the incident, this is a very sad and crushing tragedy. The last thing on bands/fans minds during a show is running for the doors in sheer horror. I am not a metalcore fan, but I can tell that these guys were going places. Unfortunately that will not happen now. Having many friends in Romania, I am equally devastated even though I didn't lose anyone. The metal community must band together. We should not be pointing fingers at the wrong people. I'm sure no one desired this tragedy. We must get through this by pulling together, not apart. May all the ones who passed away rest in place and may the survivors recover. I wish nothing but strength and patience to all those involved.

Dumnezeu sa -I odihnească. Am aflat de acești artiști prin intermediul unei tragedii naționale. Păcat și dureros de acești artiști și de acești tineri risipiți din dragoste pentru muzică. Muzica acestor artiști te atrage imediat ce o asculți și mesajul, de-asemenea.Pentru frumos au murit 30 de oameni, au rămas cu sechele zeci și afectați pe tot restul vieții sute de familii.Noi,cei de pe margine trebuie sa donam tot ce putem,numai prin asta putem fi utili.
This is a great video and it makes me really sad that I didn't find out about this band until I read about the tragic events in Bucharest. I wish the surviving members of the band a speedy recovery and my sincerest condolences.
9 ani de zile, mare pacat atat pt. ei cat si pentru ce s-a intamplat la Colectiv !!! Erau foarte foarte talentati si efectiv cum s-a mai zis despre ei, "suna ca afara".Orice piesa faceau.Dar si mai trist ca descoperim artisti dedicati, doar asa prin tragedii.

Imi pare rau ca oamenii isi vor aminti mereu de tragedie, in loc sa-si aminteasca de o trupa grozava. Si-mi pare rau ca vor fi cele mai triste melodii, din cauza asta.

Nu a fost nicio explozie. A izbucnit un incendiu in timpul concertului de la efectele pirotehnice, si in maxim un minut a luat foc izolatia antifonica de pe peretii clubului. Din aceasta cauza au murit niste oameni nevinovati, si multi altii au ramas cu urme fizice si psihice pe viata. Imi pare foarte rau! ....ce pacat!!! :(

În urmă cu vreo 2 ore a fost o explozie în clubul în care formaţia îşi lansa cel de-al 2-lea album. Cel puţin unul din ei se află la spital. În urma accidentului au murit 26 de persoane şi alte 140 au răni grave.

+BigBUGZZ Bogdy Am fost acolo. Nu fost o explozie, a luat foc izolatia fonica (burete) de pe un stalp. De pe stalp focul a urcat spre tavan si d-acolo s-a propagat in toata incaperea. Cateva minute mai tarziu au facut fatala gresala sa deschida alta usa, a intrat oxigen si a alimentat focul.

Man, they were really good. The tragedy could've been easily avoided.
Van Halen had this thing where a certain color of M&M' s were to be removed from the bag or they wouldn't play the show. Not because they were "Diva's" but to avoid tragedies like this one.
If the M&M' s rule had been brushed off, what else could the security have missed? Safety procedures that cause accidents like this.These people died doing what they loved and people died enjoying themselves because security hadn't done a good enough job. That's not acceptable. Not only have lives been taken because of this, lives have also been altered. The families of these victims now have to live with this pain knowing their loved one(s) perished in a fire or died of injuries due to the fire instead of going peacefully when their time came. The fans of this band are devastated and will never have the chance to meet them or tell them how big of an impact their music had on them. It's just devastating. Rest in peace, Vlad, Mihai, Bogdan, Alexandru, and the others that passed.

Unfortunately many of us heard about them because of the tragic incident :( Such a shame the mediatisation of such style is a ... very unprofitable business in Romania. Certainly, with this amazing LP "Mantras for War" they would have been in top international metal. It sounds very good, professional ... and profound as messages ... so sad what happened. R.I.P. GTG and the other victims ... may the survivors get well and go through the physical and mental pain as easily as possible ...
Erau foarte buni! Mai mult ca sigur aș fi fost și eu în clubul ăla dacă aș fi aflat mai devreme de ei. Îmi pare rău că a trebuit să se întâmple o asemenea tragedie pentru a ne trezi. Mă întreb dacă pe viitor, trupele de rock vor fi apreciate la adevărata valoare.

nu am avut niciun apropiat in colectiv dar am fost la multe proteste legate de colectiv si inca ma intristez cand ma gandesc la incident. imi pare rau de faptul ca am descoperit trupa abia dupa incident fiind exact genul meu. R.I.P. tuturor celor ce au murit in colectiv.
