Wrong, the leg warmers are from Sasuke's arm warmers a lot of kunoichi wear heels, I don't think I need to explain the jacket and Tsunade wears the same compression tube crop underneath that Sarada wears.

When they were kids Boruto already had a tight fit jacket from that band, and Sarada was even taller than him at the time, so she should’ve have had an option of more practical jacket, and yet she wears the kawaii slip of a shoulder coat. Not gonna read all that, Ikemoto took reference for 2 characters' poses, you don't have evidence of the rest. If one of the things she is wearing is stylistic that 1 thing is not confirmation of your inherent bias to the interpretation that the entire fit isn't optimal (not that Tsunade needs to wear Nawaki's necklace or heels (chunks)). Her jacket has many male counterparts in capes they don't rest on her shoulders because it is big fitting which means it'll slope in the back and fall off. So carrying it on one shoulder and resting the other side on her forearm allows her to wear it like a flag or cape instead of it wrinkling down to her waist.
