    Dan Mohler has impacted me more than just about any man of God I've ever read about, heard about, or seen with my own eyes. Such a well-rounded yet uncompromising faith in the Word of God.

      He is a false teacher because he says that God talks to him. God doesnt talk to poeple anymore. In the last days he spoke through Jesus Christ and thats it. Show me ONE passage in the Bible where God talks to ANYONE after Jesus Christ went to heaven. There is none. He didnt even talk to the Apostles after that! He only spoke to Paul/Paulus and that IS IT. Read the Bible.

      EZ Assegai so he did speak to someone ...Paul , after Jesus went up to heaven. This man is obsessed with Jesus like we all should, he knows the Bible. Jesus obviously works through him while healing people. Jesus doesn’t work through false teachers. Come onnnnnn maannnnnn. Jesus loves you

      you both got it wrong. After the apostles died, there were no more apostles.
      Everything that exceeds the scriptures is false. A lie by the devil. Read Romans! Paul clearly says that we are to hear and learn what he puts to text and that any angel that would come in the future and says things that exceed the scriptures, that angel is cursed.
      Read the Bible once before you start seeking your own honor by preaching Jesus Christ in Jerusalem without even having the meaning of Christ revealed to you.

      That is most certainly 2 of us. Thank you soo much Jesus for making truth such as this available to even me after 57 years of some of God's truth that I have heard. And not very much, I might add.

      He claims God talks to him. If you read the Bible you would know that God does not speak to people anymore. The only way God speaks to us is through Gods Word in the Bible. Anyone who claims that God speaks to him/ her directly is a false teacher. God didnt even talk to the Apostles after Jesus went to earth, except for Paul/Paulus!

    Romans 14 who are you to judge another man's servant, if people disagree with dan, get on your knees and pray for him and ask God to give you God's heart for dan, I agree with him, as a new Christian I saw people healed of cancer but some said I needed balance and now I cry out to see it again. Matthew 13 don't let doubters steal the faith sown in your heart, Romans 15: 19 by signs and wonders I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ - paul

    • @ezassegai4793
      @ezassegai4793 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Different Source-Where does the message come from?
      Peter says, “We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1:16). And then he says the false teachers exploit you “with stories they have made up” (2:3). So the true teacher sources what he says from the Bible. The false teacher relies on his own creativity. He makes up his own message.
      2. Different Message-What is the substance of the message?
      For the true teacher, Jesus Christ is central. “We have everything we need for life and godliness in Him” (1:3). For the false teacher, Jesus is at the margins: “They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them” (2:1).
      Notice the word secretly. It’s rare for someone in church to openly deny Jesus. Movement away from the centrality of Christ is subtle. The false teacher will speak about how other people can help change your life, but if you listen carefully to what he is saying, you will see that Jesus Christ is not essential to his message.
      3. Different Position-In what position will the message leave you?
      The true Christian “escapes the corruption in the world caused by evil desires” (1:4). Listen to how Peter describes the counterfeit Christian: “They promise . . . freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity, for a man is a slave to whatever has mastered him” (2:19). The true believer is escaping corruption, while the counterfeit believer is mastered by it.
      4. Different Character-What kind of people does the message produce?
      The true believer pursues goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brother kindness, and love (1:5). The counterfeit Christian is marked by arrogance and slander (2:10). They are “experts in greed” and “their eyes are full of adultery” (2:14). They also “despise authority” (2:10). This is a general characteristic of a counterfeit believer.
      5. Different Appeal-Why should you listen to the message?
      The true teacher appeals to Scripture. “We have the word of the prophets made more certain and you will do well to pay attention to it” (1:19). God has spoken, and the true teacher appeals to his Word. The false teacher makes a rather different appeal: “By appealing to the lustful desires of sinful human nature, they entice people who are just escaping from those who live in error” (2:18). So the true teacher asks, “What has God said in his Word?” The false teacher asks, “What do people want to hear? What will appeal to their flesh?”
      6. Different Fruit-What result does the message have in people’s lives?
      The true believer is effective and productive in his or her knowledge of Jesus Christ (1:8). The counterfeit is “like a spring without water” (2:17). This is an extraordinary picture! They promise much but produce little.
      7. Different End-Where does the message ultimately lead you?
      Here we find the most disturbing contrast of all. The true believer will receive “a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1:11). The false believer will experience “swift destruction” (2:1). “Their condemnation has long been hanging over them and their destruction has not been sleeping” (2:3).
      Jesus tells us that there will be many who have been involved in ministry in his name, to whom he will say, “Depart from me; I never knew you” (Matthew 7:21). Who are these people? Surely Peter is describing them in this passage.

      It sounds like he is giving Jesus the credit and glory, but truly everything is predicated on Dan. It’s his confidence and his ability to walk in humility that allow “Christ’s redemptive power” and “God’s love” to flow through him. And it will be the same for anyone following Dan, such as with his protégé, Todd White.

    • @ezassegai4793
      @ezassegai4793 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If these people have healing powers ( which they dont ) , read 2. Corinthians! )
      then WHY dont they heal amputees? why dont they heal autism, down syndrome, skulliosis, heart desease?
      Because they DO NOT have the power to heal. It was given to the Apostles! There were only 12! After Jesus Christ went to heaven the power he gave to the Apostles has decreased over time just like it was said in 2. Corinthians
      8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For nwe know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but owhen the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
      This is a reference to the gifts that God gave to his Apostles, Teachers and so on. The Apostles in their later years of age have not had any healing powers anymore.
      OPEN THE BIBLE AND READ. DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

      EZ Assegai watch this message ove and over until you get the point. This is not Dans idea. Those are the words of a Jesus. Let everything you know be a lie if that Is what it takes to understand that Jesus is truth.

      How many times did Jesus say to his disciples to "heal the sick, cleanse the leapers..." etc. Then, right before Jesus goes to heaven in Matthew 28 he says, "Go make disciples of the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the HOly Spirit, TEACHING THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THINGS THAT I HAVE COMMANDED YOU..." Jesus told the twelve to make disciples as they were and to teach them everything Jesus taught them. Now we are called to walk as the disciples of jesus did. we are called to heal the sick. in james 5, 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 [a]Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, [b]fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. The power of God is very much alive and in Christians today, but Christians have to remember their mission and pursue God and his heart and be empowered to walk in his will. The scripture you are referring to in Corinthians is talking about how when our knowledge is completed by God in the end and we become perfect, there will no longer be a need for tongues or prophesy. by the way it did not even mention healing there. I hope this helps. have a blessed day. @@ezassegai4793
