    A vitamin bomb to get rid of fatigue! Do you have spelt and dates? Prepare a healthy royal dessert! You must try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
    Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
    200 gr. (1 cup) spelled groats.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Fry in a pan until golden brown.
    Spelt groats are very useful, they help to normalize blood sugar levels and
    improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system.
    Grind in a blender.
    Sift the spelled flour through a sieve.
    260 gr. dates (1 cup + ½ cup).
    Soak the dates in cold water for 15 minutes.
    Remove the core of the dates.
    Dry with a paper towel.
    Add 3 tablespoons of water.
    Grind in a blender.
    Peanuts 150 gr. (1 cup).
    Fry the nuts in a frying pan.
    Grind in a blender.
    Mix.
    Add the zest of one lemon.
    Agave syrup or honey - 5 tablespoons.
    Juice of half a lemon.
    Mix.
    3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
    Fry in a pan.
    Form into balls.
    Give shape.
    The result is vitamin candies with a high concentration of amino acids and B vitamins!
