I think you need to talk someone in game. a scientist he can change your gyroscope into normal control. You can find i think in a gamefreak building game in game.

Why is GF forcing us to teamwork? I hate playing with others I just wanna get lost in the world of Pokémon getting my legendaries. Even dynamic adventures didn’t force us to play with others

There are a ton of possibilities in the Pokemon universe now. There are ultra dimensions(this), timelines(pokemon games having two/three versions), alternate dimensions(mega and non mega evo world and Ultra world), parallel worlds(Team Rainbow Rocket coming from a world where the protagonist didn't exist or lost), or even just a completely overhauled world(sword and shield)
IIRC when you beat most of the team leaders, they question what would have happened had they met someone like you, the player... I dont think they come from a place the player lost because of that lol
That doesn't mean it's connecting different canons with each other or that most games are playing in different timelines. There is one main canon, the anime canon and those are completely separated from any spin off.
People may hate Ultra S/M, but personally, mantine surf, ultra wormhole and all those other new stuff they added are amazing! Seeing all the new stuff they added after i played sun got me all fired up.

You can visit worlds to meet legendary pokemon near identical to the one from the neighboring regions (Suicune, Lugia, COBALION-) and Ultra Beasts come from worlds similar to even your game's world (see Guzzlord). Which means that even Pokemon Rangers, Colluseum, Trozei, Café, Legends, and Mystery Dungeon may all also be connected with THEIR OWN ARCEUS, THEIR OWN LEGENDARIES, THEIR OWN WORLD within travel distance we just never reach because the game limits just how far we can go... but one can believe they lay farther beyond Solgaleo's programmed limit.
Fun fact: You go to thier timeline. For say. You find Registeel in a wormhole, and you have pokemon that's from Gen 4 and above. The pokemon is confused. Registeel has no idea what that pokemon is. Cause you travel to ITS generation. It wouldn't know what a decidueye or a reshiram is. It would be worried. It wouldn't know what its going against.
