This turned out fantastic. The story already peeked my interest and I like the concept for the main character. Also, I really like the art style as well.
You should join Glitch production, they are always looking for more talented animators, to help bring their creativity to life. Surely your project and talents would be appreciated and respected at Glitch production, better than the other studios and streaming services. At Glitch you’ll have full creative control over your projects instead of having someone else control and ruin your vision of what your project.

I was going to glance this over at first, but a show focused on geniune Yokai seems like a easy sell. I Mean, whoever figured giving a Nuekubi a spotlight deserves a raise. Give me a Nurikabe who defeats his foes by just falling on them or a Gashadokuro who's a big softy and i'm in.
I dont know if i wanna make a Series thats has a plot of a Alien getting sliced in half by a Train & Becoming a Teke-Teke, but instead of being a Vengeful Spirit, he just becomes a cool hero like guy, Defeating a Dark Cult who wants the world to be destroyed by their God, Ruinkora, also it introduses a New varient that has the other half of the Teke-Teke, known as a Rift-Rustler, as their other half gets a shadow like demon top half that looks demonic yet cool looking. Also his name is Rayol, as in Rail, hence the name of the series "Off the Rayol" Because of this series, you awakened my dream... Heck i'll try to make a game out of it & have one of the bosses to be Ran and make her the hardest boss to take down.

Keep improving this, add colors, add more movement, eventually you can make 3 parts that can be a full 20-minute episode, and keep sending this to animation studios to greenlight a full series. Remember: - If you send to a big studio owned by a big company like Disney or Warner, you know that you will have to sell the rights to your characters and ideas in exchange for financing, so send to indie studios first. - Don't ever send your idea to Nickelodeon, they will kill the show as quickly as possible.
Imma say it, Ran's a yokai girl, she looks like she became what she is in her 20s or something, she also looks like she likes drinking a Energy drink that's got lamp oil in it.
Given the Nukekubi's record---far more violent, Vampire tendencies, beast like biting---I'm honestly surprised to see Sachi so composed....for a Nukekubi.
