The facial hair rules are a joke now. I had an encounter with a fellow with a beard scragglier than any hillbilly I've seen in person or TV. If he'd have approached me out of uniform I wouldn't believe he had any authority. He was a K9 guy too. I get a groomed beard in Winter if you work a mountain pass but when you look like a Hells Angel with the visible tattoos in the Summer it is incredibly unprofessional.

Actually the Supreme Court ruled the federal government could seize land for public use, "United States v. Gettysburg Electric Railway Co. 1891). The Court ruled, "When the legislature has declared the use or purpose to be a public one, its judgment will be respected by the courts, unless the use be palpably without reasonable foundation."
So since US Forest Lands are used for the purpose of public use, and there is a need for law enforcement dedicated for enforce laws on this land; the federal government can give authority to enforce laws by law enforcement officers.
The US Forest Service and it's law enforcement officers/agents allows me, YOU and millions of other people to use this land. There is a need to regulate this land so both YOU and I can use it without interfering with each other's intentions.

Yes, let us privatize our public lands. There's a lot that's not in our Constitution that our local and federal government enforces. lol Grow the fuck up, as someone who's grown up in a state that has mostly private land, I envy those states that get to have an abundance of public lands.
