Hey all! We can’t wait to share our summer with you all, hold tight until the 6th of December for the premiere and we will watch it live with you and answer your questions! See you soon!
Can't wait! Between you 3 and LiveWorkWander, you all always make great content I look forward to! Thanks again for all the effort you put into your videos! :)
I ordered some stuff from you guys in August and i finally received it (I live in Mexico and had to wait for someone to bring it down). Love everything, and the hand written note!
I’m so sorry about that! Some of the borders have been really slow about mail this year but I’m so happy it finally made it to you! Tell Mexico hello and that we miss her!
What a perfect update to watch on Christmas day, hope you are having a pleasant day too, ..... Way better than anything I would find on hundreds of rubbish channels on the TV. Great to catch up with your travels...... Can't go anywhere hardly in the UK 😒...... This time last year we were in our campervan in the Picos de Europe mountains in northern Spain..... That is a wonderful part of Europe.
I've missed your videos, and I'm happy you're back! I'm a few years older than you (but my brain still thinks I'm 25...), I thoroughly enjoy following your adventurous spirits here on TH-cam. You can choose to live life a few different ways. You can get and education, work your ass off, buy your suburban shoebox house for an outrageous sum of money, save up for "later", and do everything when you're retired (if you're lucky to see that day). Or you can do what you guys are doing. If I were in my 30s now, I'd be doing what you guys are doing. Go for it! We only live once.
Glad to see you’re back on! We followed you with your Toyota motorhome as we were doing ours. Yours is gone, so is ours! We’re back to our Tacoma and RTT. Lots of places to explore in our area on Vancouver island, once you run out of desert.
It's about *bleeping* 🙂 I loved this. Being a Utahan, I love watching people's videos of folks enjoying the areas I absolutely love. 🙂 We need more Owens twerking...or...whatever that was. And Luna! We need more Luna 🙂 I am so excited and happy y'all are sharing this with us.
4:05 Love driving through that canyon but not at night ! Awwww! Chase and Aimee - Tight Loops if I recall! Amazing videographers! Cool kid club you run with grasshoppers! Thanks for the share and taking us out there!
I was wondering about them too! It was watching LiveWorkWander, how I came across these lovely people. From the UK, although I'm in Monchique, Portugal at present mo, travelling around In my 1991 Hymer Motorhome. Good to see you guy's, keep the videos coming. x
I was glad to see you two decided to leave an area with way too many COVID restrictions, that is no way to live especially if you are wanting to be on the road experiencing adventures. In Colorado never really was restricted from going much of anyplace and continued to work as well. But, some of my friends chose to shelter in place fearful that they might be exposed. So spent lots of time with family and friends and even eating out a lot. I do appreciate your command of the drone as the speed at which you fly it is very relaxing, no rush, so one can actually enjoy the vistas. I look forward to viewing your further adventures.
So good to see you guys back on line again, loved what you said about being able to focus on what you can do rather than what you cant which seams to be any visit back to civilization right now. We cant wait for the borders to be open so we can fire up our overlander and get back there from Canada (if they ever do open ). Awesome video, thanks for sharing your world.
So glad you're back on the road again! Looking forward to your upcoming overland adventures. I know you both love Utah, so I thought I'd mention a couple of places as artists I think you might enjoy. Located on the north end of the Great Salt Lake in the Great Basin Desert are two pieces of Land art from the 1970's; Spiral Jetty by Robert Smithson and Sun Tunnels by his wife Nancy Holt. Visit Sun Tunnels on summer solstice. These are two of the top 10 Land art exhibits in the world, definitely worth a visit. Again I'm glad you're both back on the road- stay safe!
Yea! Glad your back! That was a splendid episode, I loved the pace, the feel, the choice of music really helped set the mood and your cinematography game is tops! Can’t wait for more, hope you are still out there chasing sunrises and sunsets.
OMG, here in Slovenia (EU) we only had two months of kinda relaxed situation, but we haven't be able to go on a proper roadtrip. I spent 3 months sleeping in a tent/car in 2019. In 2020... 5 days. Aaaaaghhh! Awesome video, thanks for taking us along so we can forget about it all for 17min and 22sec :D
I'm so sorry to here that Katarina. I know how positively being able to be outside impacted us this year. I wish nothing but nights under the stars for you really really soon!
You two are amazing! While I've missed your videos this sure makes up for it! It's probably worth it for Karissa to get something like a Fido Pro for the pups just in case :-).Looking forward to future episodes.
Yay😄 One of my Fav chans is sharing some Sweet reminders of what life is all about👍👍 So glad to see that covid didnt getcha guys down. Excited to watch the series over the next couple of months! Glad to know im not the only one that underestimates my trip distances just enough to make sure all are enthusiastically ready to go😉 While of course knowing all the while😎 that the journey and destination will be so worth it🤞😬 And that the bit of mid journey doubt that may well up in my fellow adventurers will be squashed upon reflection of the epic adventure having taken place🤞🙏😬😁😄😂
Glad to hear from you guys. But as a Canadian with still very much a LOT of restrictions... all those hugs made me real uncomfortable... I hope you guys are safe!
I NEVER tire of driving the Virgin River Gorge on I-15 but it seems like it's literally been years since there hasn't been construction of some kind that hasn't reduced it at some point to one lane in each direction!
Awesome video 👍 always nice getting back at doing what you love. What do you use to place the patches on the ceiling. Seen afew other rigs that have the same thing?
Owen/MAC - really well done. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the music/vistas really struck a chord with me. The video was maybe just a little less "playful" then some of your other works, but in light of what the world has been going through, it just seemed right. Travel safe. Regards from Belgrade, Maine.
Are you guys still loving the Tundra?? My family and i are debating what kind of rig we want or trailer. Im just curious if you guys still love it since you guys have had it for awhile??
Soooo nice! I love the Escalante region. I spent a week there in 2019 exploring the hole-in-a-rock road and did an extraordinary hike on the boulder mail trail through the lower death hollow canyon to Escalante, one of the most beautiful hikes I ever did. You must have been somewhere near. The creek you wanted to visit, was it calf creek? Is it the burr trail at the end on your way to the waterpocket fold? I planned another roadtrip for 2020 through this awesome region but we all know what happened ;-( Maybe this year. Regards from Germany

I have so many questions. How do you find these camp spots? How do you know about these swimming holes? Is it just local lore from talking to people or are there super secret special maps that show these kinds of places?
Their social distancing is not only for themselves, but being respectful of others. We just have to be patient a while longer, and the “new normal” will start to look a lot more like tho old normal.
I second this. We do it because we hope to see the elders in our family again someday. We do it for the love ones of everyone we come (in social distancing) contact with. Its such a small price to pay to know that we are not doing anything to compromise someone's health and well being
Hmmm... Glad you’re back but I can’t help but noticing your commentary seems a tad condescending. Almost as if you don’t want to be bothered by doing it. Among other instances in this video we picked up on. 🤷🏻♂️
Well that is not what we were going for. More of wanting the vo to be contemplative and informative and let personality shine through on the b-roll. but VO is something that is new to me and I've been doing a lot of research on how to add inflection and emotion into voice acting... which is surprisingly challenging! For instance on a few occasions I would do one line over and over trying to add "more" and I felt like it was so over the top only to listen back to it for it to all sound the SAME! Gah! Anyways, I hope that it's something that improves over time
Love the vid, but please don't underestimate the vanagon. There is a few factors that were not saidy in your vid. One being "capable of off-roading " well that van isn't. It's "one wheel drive" (2wd) if it was upgraded to a LSD would have changed things or a Syncro. Here is a picture, because I can't find the latest vid on a vanagon doing way! More crazy then in the vid. Again like you said be capable of conditions, weather it be a vanagon or toy, Isuzu, (what looked like). Thank you. images.app.goo.gl/Zc9yEgRZssFqvoRc7
I know what a Vanagon can do, we used to have one. They just have the stock 1.9 and are heavy due to all the camera equipment. Since the beginning of the summer they have gotten a lot more offroad driving experience which has helped them tremendously. In this case the lack of speed up the hill got em :(
Luna is again the whole day stucked in a van? thats not realy a cat life :( they like to be free and usually like to know their territory. why do you have her traveling with you humans!!
Sara I kindly ask you to not pass judgement on how you think our cat is or is not living. She has been living on the road with us for years. She loves this home on wheels more than she ever loved a brick and mortar. Here she roams free outside when we are with her. But when we are away hiking she snoozes the day away in her space comfortable and cared for. This cat was apart of every aspect of our life all the way to going to the grocery store and sitting in our lap through every work day. This cat lived an exceptional life and I will not let anyone tarnish her existence like that. Luna was the luckiest cat that ever lived.
@@BoundForNowhere ok, i take the judgement back. Many people watching your vlog can assume they can just have a cat too. Rarely the cats behave like your Luna was and many people dont know what the cat nature really is like. Most of the cats would get lost, go roaming one day and just disappear. They dont like to change their territory all the time. If the day is hot, people are not aware they can not live the animal in the car all day. It can be like a cage, etc.. Maybe two of you were lucky enough and also devoted enough, had enough knowledge necessary to offer her a strange but good life to Luna, but your example is not really good for most people. They take animals way too ignorant and irresponsible. Cats can live for up to 20 years. They like to know their territory and they should be able to hunt... anyhow, be aware what messages you are sharing with people considering animal lifestyle. We should also be aware of Anthropomorphism ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropomorphism ) ...People have also routinely attributed human emotions and behavioral traits to wild as well as domesticated animals !!! best wishes

You guys should write a book, I would definitely read it!!!
