I’m sad that her show got canceled. She really is very talented. In many ways, the pandemic showcases her strengths, because it got her back into doing more of the skits and characters like she did with her original TH-cam channel. She’s OK as an interviewer, and the monologues are hit and miss, but if her show could be reconfigured in a way that the interviews are a smaller portion, with more sketch comedy, I think it would be great. It’s actually similar to Jimmy Fallon. He is fantastic doing musical comedy and characters. But I don’t think he’ll ever be a great interviewer. Lily is actually more natural and a lot less clumsy as an interviewer than Jimmy Fallon, but he hasn’t been canceled.
I adore n admire what you are doing Lily. But one thing I don't understand is why did you have to bring Gandhi into this !! Although there's a thing called light comedy on these stuffs ... Let's try not to undermine the legends who dedicated their lives for other people. Thank you
