You know I don't mind one trying to represent me. I'd prefer to do it myself. It only adds character. When everyone everywhere sees eye to eye with me as King. I'll expect a worldwide public announcement. Then I'll set my feet upon a busy intersection.
I’m sad that her show got canceled. She really is very talented. In many ways, the pandemic showcases her strengths, because it got her back into doing more of the skits and characters like she did with her original TH-cam channel.
She’s OK as an interviewer, and the monologues are hit and miss, but if her show could be reconfigured in a way that the interviews are a smaller portion, with more sketch comedy, I think it would be great.
It’s actually similar to Jimmy Fallon. He is fantastic doing musical comedy and characters. But I don’t think he’ll ever be a great interviewer. Lily is actually more natural and a lot less clumsy as an interviewer than Jimmy Fallon, but he hasn’t been canceled.
