Lotion is SO helpful during clinicals at the hospital. When you are performing hand hygiene every time you walk in and out of the patient's room (at minimum) your hands will get so dry.

Thank you! I hope to make a video soon about study tips now that I finished my first semester! Stay tuned! As far as motivation, you have to always keep your “why” in the forefront. Know exactly why you are spending years of your life for this occupation! Ultimately that’s the biggest battle! Once you know that, and have a moment of doubt, take a break and recollect yourself. Sometimes it just takes a second to think about your why and you might see a change! It helps me when I feel overwhelmed and exhausted!

I created them myself on procreate! I’m sure you could create something similar on Canva.com! I use them for everything lol
