Serena and Venus are really beyond average. This new generation has a lot to learn from them specially Serena. No matter the situation, she always keeps putting herself in the position and manages to be on the top of her game. She's phenomenal, a legend.
This is why ppl want the AMAZING Williams Sisters (especially Serena) to retire and stop suiting up to play TENNIS. Lol. People don't appreciate the fact that because of these ladies Women's TENNIS will NEVER be the same.

The was a 25 stroke point that I wish was included in this montage. Both Venus and Lindsay were wacking the ball so hard and cleanly. Venus won the point, but it was such a great rally.

While I do think they both changed the game, I think Serena changed it more. Why? Because Venus was an anomaly. NO player before, during, or after has been able to do the things that Venus did. NO player over 6 ft had speed like Venus (they have always had power, but they were slow). Venus is the fastest player over 6ft there ever was in the women’s game. That running BACKWARDS forehand winner she hit against Davenport in 2005? What other player has hit that same shot? No one. Rick Macci said that her backhand down the line is the greatest shot in tennis. While that is debateable, NO one has hit it as well as her. Even though the sisters play very similarly, Venus has certain attributes and parts to her game that no other player has ever emulated or been able to since then. Yes, Serena changed the game, and there are countless players who are very similar to her. But there will never be a player like Venus. It’s a shame her body and her mental stopped her from winning as many slams as she should have.
