Asian Barred Owlet (ဇီးကွက်ဗိုက်ကွက်)

An Asian barred owlet was staring at me when I visited the Arboretum near the Chiang Mai Zoo. It is absolutely stunning and I fall in love with this little cutie. How beautiful it is! It was also trying to say something to me but I couldn't get it. Please let me share this cutie with you all.
