Here's a bit of *BTB Specific Advice* to supplement the video above that I can provide based upon my own personal experiences:
    1. Try to stick to the leading edge of your team's movement as a whole. A VISR scan will show where most of your team is located. This will allow you to both benefit from your team's presence while also allowing your efforts to aide them. With BTB's large team size, you can get very very easily overwhelmed if you try to go solo or with only a few teammates.
    2. Master the long-range game. Of course, BTB maps are large. With that comes long sight-lines. Knowing how to leverage the long range strengths of the BR, VK78, and even the SideKick are very arguably more important in BTB than any other game mode. While not all fights in BTB are long range, it'll allow you to give fire support to your team and allow to you suppress the enemy when you're finding yourself far from the objective.
    3. Get a feel for the vehicles and anti-vehicle combat. As-is, some of infinite's vehicle are underpowered and paper thin, but some do remain viable. Banshees are for sure fragile as hell and do poor damage. Choppers are unstable to drive, wobbly, and also very fragile. The mongoose is always a fun backup mode of transportation with a bonus of sometimes being able to chunk grenades as a gun-goose. The ghost is surprisingly well balanced, being able to dish out decent damage and not dying to a feather's touch. Warthogs are always great with willing teammates. The 'Hogs can sometimes feel weak health-wise and a bit floaty behind the wheel, but some driving practice and an attentive gunner can make up for that. Scorpions and wraiths are a no-brainer, and spawn more commonly now with the recent BTB update! Just watch for nearby enemies trying to grenade plant.
(3.5). As for anti-vehicle combat, shock weapons and dynamo grenades are your go-to for shutting down any vehicle (keep in mind that warthog gunners can still shoot while zapped). Of course rockets, skewers, and hydras are good for doing healthy chunks of damage. To make your shots count more, keep in mind the component damage system. Popping the tires off a hog and shooting the wings off a banshee or ghost should help you do extra damage. Grapplehooks are great for rapid vehicle jacks! (just keep in mind players can counter a grapplejack by quickly exiting and entering the vehicle when you're in jack range) The repulsor can push vehicles off ledges and can save you from splatters. The gravity hammer is also great for pushing vehicles around and does good damage.
    4. COMMUNICATION. Communication is powerful in any team based game mode, but especially so when a simple objective or enemy ping can grab the attention of your entire 12man team and help them refocus to obtain victory. Any intel you can provide could help your team gain the advantage. Even just popping down a threat sensor can highlight enemies in CQC areas and can give your teammates the upper hand. Simply just providing bits of useful info in voice or team chat can sometimes make the difference between a team of randoms wandering aimlessly and a group of Spartans working together.
I hope this helps. Good luck out there Spartans!

“…knowing the spawn points of the most explosive weapons” *proceeds to show the spawn point of the weakest weapon in the game*

I've actually found the Ravager to be quite effective. A few accurate bursts and bam! Shields gone. The charge up is not as good though.

And there's even more you can do with it, you can pull obj's like the flag and oddball to you, power ups (os and camo) and power weapons when they spawn.

This is why we need the dislike button view count. What a waste of time.

I must say, I was not expecting to get suggested obvious tricks like this. But hey, maybe it's a lot more useful for beginner Halo players.
