Green Chili - 1-2 Pcs, Split Half
Bird’s Eye Chili - 4-5 Pcs
Grated Coconut - A Handful
Water - 1 Cup
Chicken Kurma:
Oil - As Required
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Bay Leaves - 2 Pcs
Cloves - 3-4 Pcs
Star Anise - 2pcs
Cardamom - 3-4 Pcs
Cinnamon Stick - 1 Pc
Onion - 2 Large, Finely Sliced
Curry Leaves - 1-2 Stalks
Mint Leaves - A Handful
Coriander Leaves - A Handful, Finely Chopped
Chicken - ½ KG, Marinated With Turmeric Powder & Salt for 10 Minutes
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 4 Tbsp
Plain Yogurt - 4-5 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Tbsp
Kurma Curry Powder - 3-4 Tbsp
Coconut Milk - 1 ½ Cup, Diluted With Some Water
The Blended Paste - Roughly 1 ½ Cup
Potato - 3 Medium Sized, Cut Into Large Cubes
Carrot - A Few Slices
Tomato - 2 Medium Sized
Salt - To Taste
Green Chili - 1-2 Pcs, Split Half
Red Chili -2-3 Pcs, Split Half
Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
For Garnish - A Handful Of Mint/Coriander/ Curry Leaves
