Paul has given us a space to run to. To look forward to. I view a bunch of kids in jammies running to turn on the next adventure. Kids from 5 to 95. This has given me and others something light and fun to focus on. Thank you, Paul.
Great series. What impressed me the most was how he interacted with such respect with each of the chefs. No pretense because these individuals are all confident and passionate artists in their craft as Paul is and it was a joy to watch them share their collective knowledge. Add to that the fact that although he is a "star" in his own country, he is less well-known in other locations so in some cases he had to work a bit to "prove" himself. A fun series that I would like to see continued as I'm sure many of these locations have had to adjust to pandemic store-front sales in order to survive.
I came upon this as a happy accident. I love your excitement in San Fransisco and was thrilled with your critic of the sour doughs. Oh and Antwerp! I was so jealous of your catch and eating of the mussels fresh from the sea! I couldn't stop watching! This was the highlight of my quarentine. thank you
Great series! I hope Paul visits my city one day; Göteborg. We have a small, almost secret bakery here, Boulangerie Ducoin, that bakes the best bread I have ever tasted.
I love his shows specially “The Great British Baking Show” Wouldn’t it be a great if Mary Berry does a guest appearance. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE PRU. I think it would be fun!
