I ordered a Hobonichi Weeks that arrived this afternoon that I will be using as a health tracker. I am in the perimenopause phase of life and am looking forward to tracking mood and symptoms along with other health related things. I am a Registered Dietitian and have a consistent exercise and eating routine however have noticed changes in GI and mood symptoms so will be tracking that too. I plan on recording a video of the planners I am using once I have time and set this one up.
