This time-lapse wildlife art tutorial of a Kingfisher bird is done on PastelMat paper with an in-depth look at the processes of building rich layers of pastel colors into the feathers of the bird. Every step and detail in the bird's feathers are narrated with close-up clips of painting the Kingfisher using pastel pencils.

Lovely Kingfisher pastel.Thank for sharing,by this I know more little bit that soft pastel also has variety product like you mentiom here which is 'matte' also the paper you used for this painting,but experience them all for real is the best way to feel what you feel once you experienced this new stuff.Great pastel artist anyway, thanks for sharing ,have great weekend there👌👍🙏
