Classroom teaching is an art. There are certain tips and tricks by following which, one teacher becomes better than others. This video shares some such tricks for the help of all the teachers.

My notes from the video which more or less tries to summarise the video:
1. Enter with greetings and smile.
Make sure the board is erased neet and clean.
2. Write date, subject and tipic in one corner. Take very little space for this.
3. Make judicious space of the board. Once you start writing try to use maximum space of the board without erasing.
4. Handwriting should be clear and visible to all.
5. Carry your own books and stationary and topic specific goods.
6. Whenever a student gives long answer, bring him in the front, let him face the class and then let him speak so that everyone can hear him. whatevwr happens in the classroom happens for all.
7. When a new word comes write it separately and give the meaning.
8. Use teaching aids as much as possible. Use technology for demonstration or clear understanding.
9. Identify good slow and medium learners in your class and ensure that your lesson has something for everyone. Like a balanced diet.
10. If you ask a question to a student and he fails to answer ask the same to another student and afterwards ask the same question again to the previous student. Ensure that he listen carefully and learns. If he fails in one attempt try once more.
11. Never discourage a student for failing to answer or wrong answer.
12. Maintain Eye Contact as if you are talking to everyone.
13. Dont be predictable.
Ensure that same students dont interact with you repeatedly and others get ignored.
14. Record your classes at random for self improvement.

For private teachers the topic is seminar and training no one talk for teachers salary

Teachers who get better and professionally developed by attending these trainings and workshops increase their bargaining capacity and either bargain for better increment in the same school or get hired at much highly paid jobs in case they decide to switch.
Good teachers are even getting 50, 60 K plus in good schools.
As good a teacher, that good the salary.
It's as simple as that.
Raise your level and make a bigger jump. No one stops anyone from doing this.

​@@PrincipalRasikGupta in our school offline CBSE trainings are like mandatory. We have to pay for our trainings. Still the salary structure is like peanuts. When asked for a raise, I was asked to prepare for government jobs and leave this sector.

@@diyabose8491 the best thing about Private sector is that you have a lot of options and opportunities. If you feel that you are underpaid then you have a choice to find a better option and leave service proper notice.
